This is an excellent place to eat.
I visited it yet again recently and found that the immediate welcome on a bitterly cold day was just right. We had lunch and I liked the little touch of pricing a glass of wine modestly when accompanied by the set lunch. I had a chicken risotto while my wife had the mixed seafood. Both were presented well and very tasty. Piping hot, of course.
We especially appreciated the prompt making of a hot whiskey, even though some Christmas parties were already in the Brasserie.
This is a comfortable, warm spot and I guess that many who dine around the corner in St Stephen's Green Centre do not know that this dining gem is yards away. Just head out on the Gaiety Theatre side, stay left of the Theatre and take an immediate right.
