Absolutely brilliant. We booked the trip and were amazed by the trip. Rob, our guide, was absolutely great, from being a charming and welcome host, to his knowledge and commentary as we drove along. Would highly recommend anyone doing this trip if you have time, we had the amazing weather, amazing commentary and an amazing time!

I’d like to start off by saying that our guide, Liam, was great. And the tour was a good value.

My biggest complaint was how cramped we were on the bus. The way the bus was marketed, as a luxury bus, we were expecting to at least be comfortable. My husband is 6’2” and I am 5’9”. My husband did not have enough room to sit with his knees facing forward. He did for a while, but the lady in front of him asked him to stop putting his knees on the back of her seat because it was hurting her kidneys. So, he had to spread his legs, one knee in the aisle and one pushed into my side, which made for a very uncomfortable ride for us both. Not bad if it’s a couple of hours, but the Cliffs of Moher tour that we took was a 12 hour tour, approximately 9 of which are spent on the bus.

The only other gripe I have is that the tour advertises a lunch at a traditional Irish pub. I’m not sure that the description is accurate. The “pub” was more of a cafeteria with Irish decor that served soggy fish n chips and watery seafood chowder. Maybe we’re spoiled, as we’ve had the chance to have real pub grub, but it was a bit of a letdown.

All in all, it was a good value. If you’re tall, however, you may want to pick a shorter tour.

This tour was absolutely incredible! Our tour guide was Aidan, and he was awesome! It was my dad and i who went on the tour. You get to go to the Cliff of Mohers, have lunch in a town called Doolin, you stop at the little cliffs of Burren (only for a few minutes to take pictures, but its worth it! and then you visit the city of galway. you must do this tour, its a loooong day (about 12 hours from start to finish) but absolutely worth it! Make sure you ask for Aidan to be your tour guide! He was knowledgeable about facts and history throughout your whole day and he was hysterical. He really did make the tour so enjoyable. This is a must go on tour and the views are stunning. You will not he disappointed.

I booked a day tour from Dublin to The Cliffs of Mohr & return through Abbey Tours. Irish Day Tours were the bus company that took us across the small country and back again. I would highly recommend this day tour. Our driver Jim was fantastic! As professional drivers from Australia we were extremely impressed with his driving skills. But Jim had a lot more to offer as well- he had a lot of knowledge of the areas we visited and of the Irish history. His wonderful friendly & humours way of delivering this information was a real treat. Jim was extremely professional and friendly! I would highly recommend this day tour. Thanks Jim keep up the good work 👍
