I recently bought a trip to Ireland for my wife and daughter and granddaughter. They were traveling from London. Unfortunately they were scheduled to cross the Irish Sea on the day of the big storm in Oct 2013. Their plans had to change. Railtours were more than up to the task and changed all reservations and made new connections for their trip. My family said it was an incredible trip.

“Highly recommended daytrip”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

Our guide, John, from Railtours Ireland escorted us to and from Belfast from Dublin. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he talked to us the whole 2-2.5 hour train ride to Belfast, sharing knowledge about the places we would visit and the history of the country, as well as focusing on topics we were specifically interested in. He was an awesome guide and source of information. We had great seats booked on the train that allowed us to get ahead of the crowd when we arrived. Upon arrival to Belfast, we joined another group on a coach and began our journey. Our guide was Pat was good and explained the historical significance at each site. All the stops along the way were beautiful, Giant’s Causeway was absolutely amazing. I would have only preferred slightly longer than 1.5 hours there, there were so many trails and a lot to see there.

“Day at Cork, Blarney Castle, Queensland/Titantic Story”
Reviewed November 2, 2013

With reference to our recent trip to Ireland, we booked a trip to Cork for the day with Railtours Ireland going from Dublin Railway Station on Wednesday, 30th October 2013.

Our representative Dave Gallagher who was our guide during our visit was most knowledgeable and pointed out all the sights to be seen. We would like to express our thanks especially to him and the coach driver to make this a very memorable day and would recommend Railtours Ireland to all our friends and visiting tourists.

Once again many thanks for a superb day.

Well recommended.

Best wishes
Paul and Jackie Marker
