The flat was perfect - roomy, clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything while being enough out of the central thoroughfares to be quiet. Nancy is lovely, and was grand to work with. :) Just a few yards from O'Connell Street, the Liffey, the LUAS stop, and more, plus just minutes to Temple Bar and beyond, like Grafton Street, St. Stephen's Green, Merrion Square, and more. Seriously. I love this place. If/when I make it back to Dublin, I'm totally staying here again. We stayed in number 4 on the 2nd storey (US 3rd floor), four beds, two bathrooms (one en suite), a huge living room with couches and a table with chairs, and a nice kitchen with everything we needed. (Like other reviews, washing machine was out, so probably should be removed from listing, but Nancy did offer to do a load for us if needed.)

We were very pleased with our short stay in Dublin1 Apartments because of the really excellent central location (with parking space), the spaciousness of the 1-bedroom apartment in the newer building (with also a fully equipped kitchen), and, last but not least, the friendliness and helpfulness of the team.

Great location and very clean and helpful staff. Booked a triple room not knowing the sofa bed was the third sleeping area. I love my sleep and I literally didn't get 5 mins all night with the planks of wood sticking into me! Left at 6.30am to get train home- anything for sleep!

From the minute we (4 ladies from liverpool) walked in we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is probably one of the best you will find! Nice amount of space inside too. Only problem was ventilation. The windows in the bedroom didn't open properly so when it's warm make use of the kitchen and living room windows too. Taxi to airport was only €20. The lady who manages it, Nancy couldn't have helped more.. Even before we booked it I think we sent 4 emails with questions. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the beautiful heart of Dublin and have style and comfort all rolled into one.

The accommodation was absolutely fine and close to all main attractions in Dublin.
Most helpful team and would go again. A pity about our washing machine/drier not being operative and this should have been sorted as it had been an ongoing problem. Not good to advertise facilities that do not function. Pillows not comfortable and these need to be changed to 2013 type of comfort.
No lift, so the stairs will keep you fit - with heavy cases!

The location of Dublin 1 Apartments couldn't be better. We staid here with 4 Adults and one two-year-old. Everything we needed was provided to us: crib and high chair. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any advice/recommendation needed.

We had the most awesome time touring Dublin from this location. The room was warm, cozy, modern and clean. We were just down the street from the Ha Penny Bridge. Temple bar was on the other side of the bridge. Both sides of the river were great for walking and looking around. We had a lot of good for and Guiness. Nancy and Kevin are the BEST!!!! Wished we could of shared a pint with them. We just loved talking to them!!!!! We were exhausted upon arrival from the US but we dropped off our bags and headed straight to Trinity College and the Book of Kells. Very much worth a look! We then ended up at O'Sullivan for some lunch and a pint. We called Nancy from there and asked if we could checkin just a wee bit early and she obliged.
The bed was a little too soft for my hubby but I slept great. My 16 and 18 year old loved the place. The only thing is the first one to take a shower gets all the hot water. However we were warned before traveling to Ireland that hot water can be hard to find. All this aside we would stay again in a heartbeat!!!
Love and Hugs to Nancy and Kevin. Thank you for making our stay in Dublin PERFECT!!!
