Location is excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Price was very good. Rooms were a little small and there is no working lift (Derek, who works there, has a strong back from navigating the stairs up and down). Rooms were a little worn and could be loud at night (particularly on weekends). A nice self-catering option in central Dublin, but recognize that it is a value option with commensurate value amenities.

We had a group of 7 with us so we booked two two bedroom apartments. We arrived in Dublin on a very early flight and were able to check into our apartment early to drop off our luggage. The location of this apartment was so convienent. We were able to walk everywhere and it was within ten minutes of Temple district, which was great for night time! Although it wasn't luxurious and it did probably need a few cosmetic updates, if your looking for a great deal with a great location, this is it. We had a couple of problems with the water but it was from our own confusion with the timer. Once we figured out how to get the water to stay warm longer, it wasn't an issue. The people entering next door late at night were a little sketchy but none of them bothered us. We later found out it was a needle exchange for addicts, so you might not want to stay here alone if your going to be coming and going at night. All in all it was a great value for the money and the people running it were very helpful and accomodating. If traveling with a group this is a great place to stay!

Had a great stay here with friends. there was 8 of us and we got a one bed & two bed apartment. The apartments are perfect in size, and the location is perfect. i dont live too far from dublin so no the area prettty well and you pretty much walk out ur door and your smack bam in the middle of dublin city centre. what more could you want. Its relly ideal for young people as some people may find it noisey as there are clubs nearby. although i slept like a wink on a sat night and i dont drink so it wasnt down to that. :)

will deffo be back to stay again and would reccommend it to anyone in the future. also thanks to kevin and derrick also.

:)

Stayed here for 2 nights was perfect for us. You walk out the door and your in the city center and the price was VERY resonable. The rooms were well kept and even had a new LCD philips tv in it! Would definitly recommend this place if your looking for cheaply priced accomodation in Dublin city center and plan on comming back early next year.

ps. was personally greeted by the manager at 9pm and he was very accomodating and kind.

We had a brilliant stay for a concert in the city followed by a few days shopping. We were in the perfect location and walking distance to everything. Apartment was very nice and stylishly furnished with nice comfy beds. The owner was extremely personable and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and places to go. Will definitely stay here again.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment, arrived late and was greeted by the Manager. Was taken to nice 2 bedroom apartment, very neat, beds well dressed, plasma screen tv was a plus, There was a little noise from the pubs or clubs on that road, Then again, for a city centre location that will always be expected. All us girls had a blast, great location, for shopping and pub crawling..... The host was very friendly, the rest of the girls were impressed as well....will be back , for my hen PARTY....

Great central location, good service, lovely decor and friendly staff Dublin 1 Apartments are ideal location for business trips, We stayed the bank holiday week end and it was a little loud, but what City Centre is not? Tram runs outside and taxis are bountiful, good for getting around. Staff very helpful. Just booked to stay in November with the wife.
