“Nice, quiet and well located!”
Reviewed August 5, 2010

The B&B is located in a very nice area, near a beautiful park. There are lots of buses to go to the centre (about 10 min.). By foot it takes 30 min. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The owners are helpful and nice and it's very very very quiet ;-)! I would recommend it. We had a great time in Dublin!

My two friends and I intended to stay at Adare for one night on our arrival in Ireland on a motorcycling holiday but stayed an extra night after I lost the key to my motorbike! Patrick was most accommodating and helpful in the circumstances and I'm extremely grateful to him for his assistance. The house is beautiful, spacious and immaculately maintained with a large en suite bathroom in the twin room that I shared with my friend. This also makes the ideal base for exploring the city as it is only a ten minute (at my fast pace) walk into town and, for the less energetic or able, a seemingly endless flotilla of buses go into town from around the corner. Oh, and thanks go to Patrick for sending my spare key back home after I found the original and we could continue with our holiday. Highly recommended.

Very warm welcome with a pleasant room and a wonderful breakfast.
We only stayed the one night as we were heading north the following day, but we actually ended up behind time as we were enjoying breakfast and our conversation with our hosts .

Parking was a bit tight but was available

Received a warm welcome from the owner who had lots of information for us about Dublin.
Room was nice and quite, and bed linen spotless.
We got the bus into Dublin every day using our 3 day bus ticket bus takes about 10 mins, but could easily be walked.
Train Station about 5 mins walk away.... young guy there at ticket office was very helpfull.
Went on two Tours that we booked from town center.
Only down side is every thing is so expensive...but we had a great holiday and well worth the visit.
