Excellent place to stay in Dublin...Clean spacious and simply lovely...The Foy's are very welcoming and delightful...I would stay again. Great neighborhood and excellent breakfast. We had dinner within walking distance and both nights the recommendation from Patrick was excellent.

We stayed 3 nights in Dublin for the St Patrick's Day and Adare B&B was the perfect place to be.
We appreciated the kindness and the warm welcome of Catherine and Patrick.
Pleasant house in a quiet area. Spacious and clean bedroom. Excellent breakfast.
The city centre is 30 min walk or bus stop 46A not far.

Really enjoyed our stay at Adare House. It's in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The only con for us was that it was fairly far from the city center. They said there was a city bus stop nearby but we didn't take advantage of it, we tried walking to the nearest HOHO bus stop and it took about 25min. At the end of the day we took a cab back because we were beat! But small price to pay for such nice accomodations.

Dublin was my first stop of a month long holiday in Ireland and as "Adare" was my first B&B experience I was absolutely thrilled with it!! I stayed for 4 nights . I had a lovely room, large and comfortable and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in !!! The hosts were very nice ,friendly and helpful people and the breakfasts were very good indeed." Adare"
is situated quite close to the city centre and I enjoyed walking there but after a day of sightseeing and walking around I usually returned by bus, the buses are frequent and the bus stop is very close to the B&B. . It was the best B&B I stayed in while I was travelling in Ireland and I intend staying there when I return to Ireland next year. I have no hesitations in recommending this accommodation to anyone , you will not be disappointed!!!!.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently and this b&b was perfect for our little city break. It's about a 25 minute walk to town which isn't a problem. You walk through st Stephens green which is lovely. There are a few nice restaurants / cafes nearby too. The room we stayed in was small but clean, warm and bright.
The host Patrick is very welcoming and will help you plan your day. There is also a very lovely breakfast room, with a decent breakfast each morning.
I only wish breakfast was served till 10am as it makes all the difference! A weekend in Dublin can usually come with a couple if late nights, so a little later would have been great. But otherwise everything was lovely and would absolutely stay again!

Dublin was our first stop in a sixteen day vacation in Ireland. The location is in a quiet neighborhood near to a bus route, but we enjoyed walking to sites in the city. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about Dublin and other places to visit in Ireland. They sat with us and gave great suggestions about places to see. The room was spacious with our own large private bath. Breakfasts were never rushed and the food was excellent. We were able to book a room here for the end of our trip - it was a wonderful beginning and ending for the vacation.
