“Fantastic hostel!”

Great place! Modern set up, good rooms, no curfew, clean & good quality bathrooms, friendly people, good kitchens, friendly staff. Located right on the busy Camden street club strip expect noise if you're asleep early. Can't fault it!

Staff were very very friendly on arrival. Was made very welcome and we were accommodated for. We really only used the hostel as a base so didn't experience much of the atmosphere but the building was well maintained, the shower was great, the beds/bunks were clean and cosy. Ear plugs would be needed as it's centrally located but let's face it, you're most likely interested in this hostel because of it's location. Noise will be inevitable. Could not believe the value for money - I was expecting a run down, dirty building.

Room Tip: Don't forget your ear plugs. Outside noise and snoring will disturb you in dorms if you forget t...

I stayed at the Times Hostel over Easter weekend with 3 of my girlfriends. We had a private 4 bed room with ensuite and were really pleasantly surprised when we arrived.
The room was spotlessly clean with plenty of room for all of our belongings. The shower wasn't particularly hot or powerful but there were problems with the water system within the whole of Dublin that weekend so it could have been that causing the problems.
The staff were very helpful, giving us advice on where to go for a night out and answering any of our other questions.
The location was perfect as it was only about a 15 minute walk into the city centre.
For the price, this was an amazing hostel and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Dublin.

This hostel has two good things about it. The location and the staff. Very kind staff, friendly and helpful. The location is great for night life and sightseeing. The rest is honestly just awful. There was black build up in the showers and the drains didn't work. My friend had pubic hairs on her mattress. The windows were cracked and the draft was awful. Kitchen utensils were dirty. It was very loud all hours of the day including a pretty vicious fight that took place just outside my window at 2am. I didn't have a good experience. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone else, honestly.

Stayed here for a weekend break. The staff are friendly and great, the residents are all generally really friendly and I met some great people.

Hostel is clean as are the rooms and bathrooms, the beds are comfy and not too creaky!

The common area is comfy and the free breakfast is a great addition on a budget. At weekend they make free pancakes fresh!

There is also free wifi, coupled with free pancakes this beats most hotels for facilities and of course price.

Location wise it's about 20 minutes walk to Temple Bar and most of the tourist attractions. Don't take the tour bus walk and enjoy the city instead!

Camden Place, first time for me in hostel, 4 nights.... I recommand :-) font desk always receptive and helpful for everything, the breakfast was ok, the rooms also, cleaned every day, sheets changed and very clean, very cool atmosphere, loved it! The first two days I did not have internet wireless in the room so I had to stay in the kitchen, afterwards i booked two more nights, got another room, at the same third floor with strong signal .... So ... i miss being there already ...it was ok particularly because i was alone, female, 6 bed, mixed ....and, i must add the good location, came straight from air port with bus 16, hostel just around the corner when arrived and when left ...
