“Great day trip to have feel of Irland”
Reviewed April 3, 2013 via mobile

It was a great trip ! When I was trying to book it in the visitors center the lady first told me that its booked out but they made it happen and I m glad they did. Nice guide and a good mixed group. The last bit of the road was still closed so we couldnt see the Ps I love you bridge but the views where still great. If I had the choice when to go I would definitely go in summer to have a more colourful countryside! Great value for the money and you get to see quite a bit ! Enjoy !!

“Fantastic Day Trip from Dublin...Not to be Missed!”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience on our Wild Wicklow Tour. The historic and picturesque destinations were exciting, educational, and inspiring for all ages. From the beautiful quaint country villages to historic sites in Dublin to stunning ancient ruins near Glendalough, this tour will appeal to Irish culture enthusiasts and history buffs alike. For a very reasonable price, this tour provided one of our most memorable (and highly photographed) days during our visit to Dublin and its surrounding areas. The highlight of our Wild Wicklow adventure was our incredibly knowledgable, charming, and entertaining tour guide, Niall O'Neill, who brought our destinations to life through his historical anecdotes, great sense of humor, and wonderful storytelling skills. He navigated precarious roads, inclement weather, and difficult passengers with ease and grace. If Niall is representative of all Wild Wicklow tour guides, then you are surely in for a treat!

“A Wonderful tour with a wonderful staff!”
Reviewed March 28, 2013

This was one of the best tours I have taken so far in Europe. Everyone was so much fun and so knowledgeable. We were very lucky as it was sunny and not too cold the day of the tour so our views were even more breathtaking! From where they filmed Braveheart to the small village pub we stopped off at, it was just a truly lovely experience the whole day! Your first stop is the coastline where you get to visit an old fortress and just get beautiful pictures of the Irish Coastline. Then you are off to the beautiful countryside and Wicklow National Park. The history and amazing scenery will take your breath away!

“A good time in the beautiful garden of Dublin”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

We booked this tour in advance and were glad we did, because it was full. Our driver was knowledgeable, comedic and a bit of a task master rolled into one. Peat, 12th century church ruins, beautiful gardens, a quaint seaside stop, the "Guiness" lake, the fields of the Braveheart (movie) battles and the bridge from PS I love you -- the tour covers it all and more, with a nip of Jameson to boot. The photo-op and bathroom stops are short, so get your business done when you have the chance. The pick-up and drop off process was a bit of a time suck, but the tour out-weighed the time spent on that process. Make sure you know where your pick-up is and DON'T BE LATE. They will leave you because they have a schedule to keep. The driver is interactive with the bus passengers and singing is involved -- thank goodness for the Jameson to loosen the vocal chords. If you are not aware, Ireland uses the Euro and not the pound like the other countries in the UK - so be prepared.
