Description: As the name suggests we are a sports bar with the flavour of the Southern Hemisphere, (without the weather!!). Opened on January 23rd 2003, The Woolshed quickly became the go to place for sports fans looking for a home from home, spread over 4 bars, with 3 giant screens and twenty 50” TVs. We can give 600 people a good view of the game, while still maintaining that Aussie “no worries” welcome to all. Over the years the Woolshed has become known for being the best place to watch sport, we show it all, from SupeRugby, NRL, Rugby Championship, (and of course we will show every one of the Lions Tour matches) to AFL, NFL and of course all the soccer you can wish for! It doesn’t stop after the final whistle with all our free nightly entertainment. Monday Comedy night, Pub Quiz Tuesday, Wednesday Brazilian Party, Karaoke every Thursday, Friday Rock Star Bingo & live bands and weekend DJs. Our menu is served from 12noon to 10pm every day, with a huge choice of burgers, pizza, nachos, platters and our regularly voted “best hot wings in town”! We also have an extensive range of drinks from the Southern Hemisphere to choose from, beers including VB, Crown, Tui, Speights and Castle to spirits like Bundy, 42 below, Klipdrift and Fernet Branca. We don’t leave out the local Irish craft brews either. The Woolshed is fun evenings, great food and drinks and most importantly after 14 years we are still a home from home for those who share our love of sports. So, where the bloody hell are ya?

Great food, friendly and prompt service - Aircon too cold downstairs but better upstairs. Good value and great screens for the football

I went with my family for an evening of pub faire and watching sports on the television. There were screens everywhere including two enormous ones half way up the staircase. The food was tasty; it wasn't particularly inspired, but good pub food. There were plenty of beverages available on tap, and the waitstaff was good about bringing food, checking on us, and suggesting different things. We were never at a loss for drinks, and at the end of the evening, a good time was definitely had by all. The whole place was clean, including the rest rooms. It is close to lots of things in Dublin, so it is easily accessible for just about anyone.

This is a big pub with a lot of atmosphere when the football or rugby is on. They have 2 huge screens and a large number of TV's to watch whatever sports is on at the time. They divide their TV's up to show all games going on at the same time, so no matter what game it is you want to see, one of the TV's will be allocated to it. They serve food also we did two days here for the ireland v wales game and had food both days and spot on both times and some good deals on larger if you get it by the jug, so if you're looking to have a bite to eat while watching a game, this is the place for you. They also have entertainment on most nights after the sports, like comedians, quizzes, karaoke, salsa nights and bands. Something for everyone ."Tidy"

I've been to The Woolshed many times in the past few years and I'm still a happy customer.
The managers are really professional and friendly. The staff is really nice and helpful.
You can watch any sport at The Woolshed and the atmosphere will be great.
You don't know if they'll broadcast the match of your favorite team and sport? Just ask and they will be happy to accommodate! Food is quite good as well for Pub's standard.
I've also organized a few parties and events in their private room. They have always been really helpful!
