After a trilling Six Nations game, my wife and I ventured to Quinlan's on Princes St. for our dinner.
Whenever I see Turbot or black sole on a menu, I'm a happy man!
I opted for the black sole.....cooked to prefection and with lemon butter. The side veggies were el Donte and very nice.
For desert we shared a baileys cheesecake.
If you like quality fresh fish, you will like Quinlan's.

Thank you for taking time out to review Quinlan's. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us.... and I hope it was Ireland that you were cheering on in the 6 Nations

As a fishing family, since we set out on our business voyage in 1963, we take great pride in bringing the freshest seafood catch from the Atlantic waters off the coast of County Cork and Kerry as we serve it to you in our restaurants from #TideToTable.
It's sounds like you really got to taste many of our fresh fish dishes. Hope to see you at Quinlan's again soon.

Kindest Regards
Liam Quinlan

Quinlan's crab claws were such an experience that I've gone back again twice in the last two weeks
Price is right under twenty euro and lovely with a glass of Woolley sheep wine. The staff are friendly which makes it a bit more special. If you have not been yet it's worth a visit if you are in cork

On a cold Saturday I warmed up with a delicious monkfish dish with mussels.
Beautiful French style sauce with leeks. Fish was very fresh.
Others had calamari , crab claws and smoked salmon and all were thrilled.
Service was very friendly- we will be back

We went to Quinlans after reading reviews on here about the best chowder in Cork, they were not wrong! We both had the delicious chowder to start and I had the haddock and my fiance had cod. Fresh, tasty and great portion sizes, mushy peas were lovely and the tartare sauce served in a shell on the plate was a lovely touch. Would recommend this place to anyone, the staff were lovely too.
