I have read a few negative reviews of this place and was almost put off about going. Went last night and I was not disappointed. It was fine, service was good, staff were friendly, portions were massive and the price was right. Yes the food isn't anything to write home about, but it is what it is. It does not claim to be fine dining, and it certainly isn't. It's lots of fried food that is bad for you but you know that before you go in so I don't understand what many of the negative reviews are on about.

We were here last Sunday for dinner as my daughter always begs us to go.
Seated quickly, order taken quickly and drinks arrived quickly. We had to wait well over half an hour for the food to arrive (a burger, lasagne and 3 kids meals you wouldn't expect to take this long), in fact others who arrived 10-15mins later had their food before us. I was at the point of moving on somewhere else by the time it arrived. Chicken burger was nice, lasagne was all cheese and sauce from what I could see, kids pasta dish wasn't great however they made it, even I couldn't have more than a few fork loads of it.The kids pizza was really thin base and not much topping and no side order with it(didn't even take the hunger off our 10 yr old).
The bar area was covered with empty used glasses which nobody seemed to want to clean up, it just didn't look great.
Overall i felt the atmosphere was just off, food only barely average, some staff made an effort, others it was a chore.
Wouldn't be going back.

I have been here a few times and tried different dishes each time but you can't beat a good burger.

Went with a few buddies for lunch and we all ordered burgers.

There Burger selection is pretty good but they have changed the chips recently and there pretty awful. For me a nice thick cut chip is the best. Not the skinny full of batter ones.

Staff are good when its busy but otherwise they just hang around on there phones and laptops. They kinda forget the smaller crowds for lunch.

There brownies are amazing! Obviously there frozen and heated up but they taste great.

Toilets could do with a clean regularly.

Price ain't bad and they have good offers but please guys sort the chips!

And pay more attention at work. You're not on holidays.

I ate here last week with a couple of friends and later on in the meal my younger cousins joined us. We came during dinner service 6.30-7 and were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The restaurant was not busy and we were seated promptly. Our first waiter, who had seated us, was very friendly and joked with us while taking our order, however the staff which followed after him could definitely stand to learn a thing or two about service! Our food came quickly, always a plus, and both courses were delicious! We had ordered from the special menu which was great value for money and which had been recommended wisely to us by our initial waiter. Our starters came and although one member of our group, who we had ordered for, was not yet there the food was left sitting on the table getting cold, it doesn't take much to offer to keep the food under the lights on the pass until the last guest arrives, especially when its not busy! When we were finished out plates we were waiting a while to be cleared, this was not a big deal except that the staff had all huddled around the table next to ours where a member of staff was taking a break and were all chatting and using their phones, very unprofessional! Our main course came and although we had been joined by two more people we were not checked upon again! Our table lacked salt, pepper and sauces - the basics really! And when we tried to get the attention of a member of staff to alert them to this we were ignored, probably because she was far too busy polishing cutlery and chatting to the previously mentioned member of staff who was on a break. The two guests who had joined us were eventually asked for their order yet the girl who took this failed to check if the rest of us were okay for drinks, sauces, napkins. The music did not help, I get that this place has a cool music vibe but there's a line between that and having to shout across the table to speak to the people you're dining with! The food, as I said was great, and the free refills are also a plus (that is if the staff come back to offer you one). We didn't leave a tip which I felt guilty about but I have never eaten somewhere where such disregard for customer service was present throughout the majority of the staff. Not only that but the toilets were in a terrible state, the smell of urine and lack of toilet paper just added to the terrible time we had here - needless to say we would not recommend
