My family went to mabel crawfords and had a bad dining experience enough said ,but when i complained that the meal was not up to scratch the hotel showed their professionalism when they would not charge for any of the courses and the manager John rang me the next day to offer a free meal.We went back last sat night and the entire meal and service was top class. Once again i would like to point out that john was excellent as were the whole waiting staff. will return.
