“Great food. Terrible service”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 30, 2012

I regularly go here for takeaway lunch. The sandwiches are just gorgeous but the staff leave a lot to be desired. I was ignored in the queue for ready made sandwiches for so long last Thursday that I just walked out the girl serving didn't make eye contact nor say a word nothing the whole time I was standing there. Hard to miss me as I'm heavily pregnant!!! It's seldom I experience such indifference to customers.

“On a sunny day what could be better than eating al fresco while watching the ships go by”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 26, 2012

I regularily but sandwiches and coffee here and sit outside if the weather permits or take away if it doesn't. The sandwiches are excellent with excellent bread and natural ingredients and the coffee is great. Sometimes the service can be rather surly however on the whole the place is well worth a visit and we all have our off days even in a customer oriented business.

“Good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2012

Great little bakery, preferred it the old way but i guess they needed more seating. The sandwiches are incredible and best ordered fresh, my last visit i just got a sandwich from the fridge as it was busy. Ill just wait in line next time as its worth the wait.

“Beware variable standards.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2012

Recently got a cup of coffee at their Blackrock Village outlet. It was terrible, watered down. It was just before they closed for the day, but that it no excuse. Cork Coffee Roaster's on Bridge Street is way ahead.
