“Great spot!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2014

Had a quick coffee and croissant sitting beside the River Fergus with the sun beating down on us (yes, in Ireland!). Such a lovely spot for a quiet bite to eat and the service is quick and friendly. Looking forward to trying out the range of ales and wines for dinner some time soon.

“Such a lovely place to eat and relax”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 18, 2014

The service was spot on, friendly and professional.

The food had great flavour and depth to it. We enjoyed every mouth full and shared dishes because it was hard to choose just one. Everything sounded tasty on the menu.

The atmosphere was very relaxing.

“Good quality food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2014 via mobile

5 of us went there on a Friday night for a nice quiet relaxing dinner. The staff where very friendly and attentive. The food was very nice and good size portion except for the fish cake starter it was only one small fish cake. But outside of that the rest where really nice and the main courses where great size and quality. I have been here a few time and will be returning again.

“Good service, friendly staff”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 1, 2014 via mobile

I went here for lunch with my friends mid week. The service was good and my friends thought their food was lovely. I got the lasagne and I thought there was way too much cheese in it for my liking! Desert definitely made up for any shortcomings with the main course, I'd recommend the brownie.

“Scenic...ish”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2014

Had lunch here yesterday with an old friend who left the town about 5 years ago for America. He chose the spot as he had fond memories of it before he moved away.

We got a nice table outdoors with a view of the river, though water levels were low, and some of what was on the river bank was.... unsightly (and the bridge was filthy) - 5 ducklings distracted me enough to enjoy the visit though!

I had the soup, and my friend had the salmon. Service was perfect, and there was a fleece throw folded at our table in case it got breezy.

Some nice artwork on the walls indoors as well- would visit again.
