This is an experience not to be missed if you are visiting magnificent Mull.I pre booked the visit with tourist information at Craignure before going on holiday.Cheryl, the guide, was excellent and provided lots of information about the lives of Sea Eagles as well as where to see other types of wildlife on Mull. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon that the whole family will treasure.

“Wonderful experience”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

To see the nesting eagle chick in the nest being watched over by the fully adult mother overhead was a unique and incredible experience. The ranger and guide Cheryl was superb and gave us an interesting and insightful background to the eagles and other wildlife in the area. It was tailored to meet the needs of all ages and easy to drive and walk to once at the hide. The drive through Mull to get to the hide is an exceptional experience in its own right taking you through some magnificent and dramatic scenery. The cost was minimal and goes back into the community. Highly recommended.

“Fantastic two hours”
Reviewed July 21, 2013 via mobile

We went on the Mull Eagle Watch tour a few years ago at Loch Frisa, and it was excellent. There is now a new hide to observe a different nest, and the guide (Cheryl) was great. She explained a great deal about the sea eagles, including some of the things being done to protect the birds and their nests, and took us to the hide where we were able to observe the chick in the nest through spotting scopes provided. There were some smaller children in the group, and she engaged with them really well.
All in all, an highly informative and really interesting way to spend two hours!

“Great Raptor experience”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

We spent our two hours watching a huge chick flapping its wings about to fledge, watched eagerly on the side of the nest by an attentive large mum. Our group was small and intimate. £6 each well worth spent and for a good cause. There were 3 quality spotter scopes we could make use of. The attached picture was taken with my iPhone through the scope - brill fun. Cheryl was excellent and considering she probably does this many times a week, gave as passionate and personal presentation as if it was her first - another 'must do' on the island.Keep up the great work.

“RSPB Sea Eagle Viewing at Glen Seilisdeir”
Reviewed July 20, 2013

A great 2 hours spent viewing the sea eagle nest. Our ranger (John) was very knowledgeable - gave good background info and answered our questions. There are a number of telescopes set up which allow you to get a good view of the sea eagle nest. We saw the chick and both parents whilst we were there.
