Historic graveyard and interesting place to visit. There is a cobbled stone walkway called the Street of the Dead which links the Abbey to the Graveyard. The Abbey grounds in general are worth a look around.

Having visited the island many years ago it was interesting for me to see the local graves and the family histories. The labour party leader John Smith is buried here too. I was disappointed that the 'kings' graves had been moved to the Abbey museum. I only found that out by asking local islanders. I understand it's to preserve them but I think there should have been some memorial in their place and an account of what had been moved and why.

Probably the most peaceful, quiet place on a peaceful and quiet island. Even with horizontal rain coming down the Sound of Mull it is hard to beat for atmosphere.

I felt more information on the cemetery should have been provided. It added to the ambience the abbey and nunnery created in the mind of the traveller.

Very special place where the veil between heaven & earth is very thin. A great man - one wonders what the UK would have been like if he'd lived & become leader of the Labour Party
