Lovely welcome from Alison, a lovely start to our holiday. We honeymooned here 37 years ago and were given the wedding suite again. We enjoyed a super evening meal and chatted with both the chef and other staff. We will certainly stay again.

I booked 5 rooms for this years Scottish national with friends.
The hotel took the payment twice from my account and were far from forthcoming with refunding my card.
After 5th attempt trying to contact hotel I got an apology and refund.
What else could go wrong?
On arrival at the hotel I was told that we didn't have our rooms and that they had overbooked us. We were told we would be safely in the races for 12pm and that they would take usto the new hotel.
We had hospitality tickets which requested our arrival at 11.45. She tried to act quickly for us but severely messed up. I've never seen a place so unorganised and under staffed.
As best man, a very stressful 30mins was had waiting for the taxi! It eventually took 2 members of staff taking us to the races in their own cars. Credit to them for that but they should never have needed to do so. We arrived at lunch half an hour late and therefore did not enjoy meal.
The hotel that they put us in was a grand building but we were clearly tucked away in a wing of the hotel that was not taken care of.
Absolute shambles by the manor park. I'll never return will be making my complaint official.

We arrived on the 3 rd April for an overnight stay on return from holiday. We were in room 9 Barassie. Room very comfortable. Staff so welcoming. Breakfast was superb. And car parking included. What more can you ask for. This is not the first time here nor will it be the last. Look forward to staying with you again.

We love this hotel. Have stayed there many times in the past few years and returned for a visit on Saturday. There was a local charity night on and the place had such a great vibe. Our stay was fantastic once again, great service, we dined at the carvery for the first time and I would highly recommend it. My husband likes a whiskey and he was spoiled for choice with over 75 malts to choose from. We noted that the place has been refurbished and it is looking amazing. Well done management.... See you next time!

Room Tip: get there early and enjoy it
