“Good Value for money”

Warm pleasant and friendly staff at check in/out. Room lovely, warm, clean and comfortable. Food available all day and prices very reasonable. Breakfast nice as were staff.
Only complaint I had was about other guests. Early flight passengers no regard for other guests sleeping as everyone of them banged their bedroom doors on leaving. I'll definitely visit this hotel again.

Myself and 3 friends stayed at this hotel for one night having booked it for a Christmas party/get-together. The rooms were absolutely great. Super comfortable beds and lovely crisp linens. The room was only set with towels for one but they arrived within seconds when we reported this to the reception.
The breakfast was lovely and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Only one tiny complaint was that the breakfast waitress had obviously just had a cigarette and you could smell smoke.
Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel highly for comfort and value.

stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. very nice decor and interior. All staff were very friendly and helpful. naming names is not necessary but the petit receptionist with glasses who unfortunetly i have forgotten her name is an asset to the hotel, very bubbly and always smiling. we had a meal in logans restaurant and it was very nice. highly recommended and will be visiting again next year

I have now had the pleasure to stay at this hotel twice on business trips to the area as it is ideally situated near Preswick Airport.... just wish you didn't have to tavel with RyanAir to get there!
From the outside you would not get the impression that this is such a trendy place to stay as the conservatory on the fromt of the building is rather dated, however I do believe that this is soon to be knocked down and renovated. However when you enter reception you are transported into an area of calm, where nothing is too much trouble for the fantastic reception staff, we were even given the run of the reception while we endeavoured to print off boarding passes so as not to incur even more RyanAir charges.
The hotel rooms are large, bright, exceptionally clean, modern and quiet, everything you could wish for regardless of the purpose of your stay.
The restaurant is magnificent, food exceptionally well presented, very tasty and the puddings are to die for, although the tropical one is a little dubious with the green/blue sauce, however my stay was near Halloween and the ever friendly staff offered to change it for me free of charge.
I can't rate this hotel high enough, at £55.00 for the room inc breakfast during the week it ia a steal. I look forward to staying there agin in the future and have added it to our companies list of excellent hotels to stay in. Thank you for making a working trip so much more pleasurable.

After reading some of the reviews on trip advisor, my husband and I decided to spend a couple of days there and take in the horse racing in Ayr. We were not dissapointed, the hotel is going through a refurbishment and the rooms are beautiful. They have a carvery every night in one of the restaurants, its only £5.50!! and it is delicious. The receptionist 'Bonny' and the bar staff are a credit to the Hotel, very friendly and happy!, very unusual these days. We will be going back shortly, thanks again.
