    We were blown away by this apartment. It was imaculate. The rooms are large and very spacious. The apartment is 2 minutes from beach and 5 minites walk from the town. Takeaways and restaurants only short distance also. Great patio area too. I would fully recommend this place. We had a great time and will certainly be returning..well done ian..

    “Great flat”

    This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and we will definitely be booking to come back either this year or next. Its in a lovely quiet location yet only a stone's throw from the beach and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops. It is very spacious, well equipped and most importantly of all exceptionally clean. Cant recommend this flat highly enough.

    “Comfortable flat, great location”

    Nice, clean, modern flat close to town centre. Met by Jackie and shown round. Weather wasn't great but garden area would be nice to relax in during the summer months. Walking distance of shops and beach. Would return.

    “Excellent standard, well positioned apartment”

    We did not know Ayr before this visit but were pleasantly surprised by the town. The apartment is in a good location being 5-7 minutes walk from the seafront in one direction and the shops / restaurants in the other. Parking was always available outside the house. The apartment has been decorated and fitted out to high standard and cleanliness was excellent.

    Brilliant few days here, particularly with good weather.
    The apartment is beautifully refurbished.
    It is very peaceful, with comfortable beds and nice fluffy towels.
