We had a wonderful stay at Ayrs and Graces. Rhona and Paul certainly know how to make you feel relaxed and comfortable from the minute you arrive to the minute leave you. Nothing is to much trouble.they definitely know about hospitality. We stayed in the Robbie Burns suite, what good value, comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom with seperate bath and shower (Molton Brown toiletries) and a lovely little snug room with flat scren tv,comfortable leather sofa and complimentary whisky and sherry. Well done Paul and Rhona hope to stay for longer the next time.

Room Tip: Can't imagine there's a poor room.

Stayed three nights at Ayrs and Graces while visiting friends and family in the area. The welcome from Paul and Rhona was warm and very friendly. Really enjoyed the cold beer and tea on arrival after a long drive. We stayed in the Jean Armour room which was very clean and well-appointed, although a little on the small side. We would probably have booked a larger room had we researched the sizing more thoroughly. The room had its own entrance through the French doors which was very nice for coming and going.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room a good temperature even on quite muggy nights.

We had the good fortune to have breakfast on the terrace with a great view over the surrounding countryside while enjoying Paul and Rhona's hearty breakfast fare. We especially loved the fresh berries and porridge, and relaxed atmosphere.

This is certainly among the best B&B's we have stayed in, the highlights being the hosts, location and bed.

From the fresh tea, cold beer and homemade shortbread biscuits on arrival Rhona was a perfect host.Nothing was too much trouble,to recommending great restaurants and printing off directions for great days out. Fab breakfast sets you up for the day.Met a lovely couple over a relaxed breakfast. Great location & Views will definately stay again. The house is absolutely delightful with stunning views and of a very high standard and you are made to feel very welcome. Cannot wait for our next stay there.

We stayed in ayrs and graces as we were attending a wedding in brig o doon. I had read the reviews on trip advisor any you really have to stay at least once to experience the welcome that Rhona gives . The house is absolutely fantastic and you are made to feel very special . Our wedding was at 2pm so we were looking to get our room early this was not a problem in fact nothing was a problem Rhona looks after you so well the hospitality is first class. The views from the lounge are amazing and the breakfast was fantastic we will certainly be back and would certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere in ayr then look no further than ayrs and graces once again thank you Rhona

This is probably the best B+B we have ever stayed in. We were warmly greeted with a complimentary drink on our arrival and welcomed into Rhona and Paul's home.

The house is delightful, as is Rhona, who could not do enough for us. We stayed at Ayrs and Graces as we were going to a wedding at the Brig O' Doon Hotel, about a mile away and it was very convenient. Breakfast was of a very high standard, and although mine consisted of coffee and headache tablets after the wedding, it was still provided with care and empathy.

The views from the house are stunning, and it felt very tranquil. We would not hesitiate in booking here again and would recommend others to do so.

Rhona and Paul are the greatest host you could ever want. The house is very modern and of the finest quality. We tend to stay in 4 & 5 star accommodations and this is a step above most others you will ever find. When we left we felt that Rhona and Paul will be our friends for a long time. If you desire the very best this is the place in Ayr.

Room Tip: We had the lower Suite and it was great.
