“Good Value, Helpful Staff, Clean & Tidy.”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

Stayed here on a Friday and Saturday while attending a family wedding in Paisley. All the staff were very helpful and attentive at reception, bar/restaurant, and housekeeping. We ate in the restaurant on the Friday evening and found the service to be generally good and the food and drinks reasonably priced also. The room and en-suite were fine, clean and tidy also. Tea, coffee, kettle, tv, hairdrier etc., were all provided and everything worked, nothing seemed to have been overlooked. Considering that it was the weekend, we found there to be little noise from late night guests at all. Being near an airport there is noise from aircraft taking off, can be loud at times, but we didn't have a problem with this. Local Taxi into Paisley was £6 and seemed fair enough. There is a large cinema within short walking distance and food outlets such as KFC, MacDonalds, Pizza Hut etc. Also a 24hr Asda store nearby which was handy. Checking in and out was trouble free. You can get 30mins free wifi per day or about £3 for 24hrs access - signal strength was good in our room which was on the first floor. Overall we considered our stay to be good value for money and would have no worries going back here. We didn't have breakfast either morning ,full breakfast cost was about £7-8. Pleasant stay thank you all.

Room Tip: Mostly a 2 storey building so if you book a room on the 1st floor you wont have any noise from rooms...

one thing i do not miss about this area of paisley is the airport & this hotel is right on the flight path so do expect some noise .
all in all this is a very good budget hotel with some top class staff at reception nothing was to much trouble for them.

Staff here were fantastic, very helpful, couldn't do enough for us! Room was very clean, up to date, plenty of places to eat, McDonald's KFC Burger King, pizza hut,and a brewser fayer, attached onto the premier inn. Asda just a 5min walk from hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and customer service orientated; room was clean with adequate facilities. Free Wifi was good although when I purchased a week at £10.00 problem with registering but deducted the money from my credit card. But I didn't bother the staff as I though this was a central IT problem.Overall a good value for money stay.Agnes and her team were excellent.

Stayed here for 1 night in June 2013. No complaints, the hotel was clean, quiet and the member of staff on the front desk very helpful. It's only a couple of minutes drive from the M8 so handy and easy to find. Not much more to say really as we arrived late at night and left mid-morning, but would recommend it for a quick stopover.

My partner and I stayed here for 1 night to save us a long journey home after visiting the West Coast of Scotland. The hotel sits on the edge of a large business/leisure park just off the motorway so not the most glamorous location, but sufficient for what we needed.

The hotel is a standard Premier inn, quite attractive from the outside, however not as shiny or fancy inside as some of the newer Premier Inn’s. The staff on reception who booked us in where very polite and friendly and asked if wanted dinner that night at the adjacent restaurant. We did think about eating there but the menu looked quite basic and didn’t offer much choice, however when we passed by it was really busy.

We stayed in room 3 on the ground floor which had the old single key entry, not the swipe card. The room was spotless and nice and warm, however I think it could be in need of a minor face-lift to the same quality we experienced at the newly opened Buchanan Galleries hotel, especially the bathroom. However the room was more than sufficient and again most importantly very clean.

Nearby facilities there is a big ASDA with a petrol station, cinema and some fast food outlets or you could venture into Paisley or 10 minutes up the motorway for Braehead.

I would stay here again if I needed a quick stop over for a long journey or for business reasons and should be noted that the staff we met made us feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. However room for improvement in the restaurant menu and maybe a small facelift for the interior.

Room Tip: Try and ask for a room on the upper floor as they seemed to be getting refurbished when we visited

Stayed here for 3 nights with my son and his 2 children aged 2 and 4 while visiting family. I was a bit apprehensive about how the boys would cope with their first stay in a hotel but the accommodation was ideal for them. We were given adjoining rooms as requested and a cot was provided. The restaurant is extremely child friendly and the staff pleasant and helpful. We couldn't have had a better experience. I've stayed in several Premier Inns in various parts of the UK but this one comes out tops.
