“Patriotically scrumptious”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 17, 2013

Varied menu entices us back to taste more of the delicious dishes! Strongly recommend St Andrew's chicken and is beautiful if served with a salad (thanks chef for accommodating individual requests). Good sized portions won't leave you hungry. Very good value if you go for the 2 for the price of 1 deal. Lovely atmosphere and service. Creative effect from chandeliers above the bar aptly made out of coloured wine glasses. Central enough to incorporate in a wander around Paisley's shops.

“home made food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 13, 2013

hamishes hoose is in the high street ,paisley, the food is prepared fresh and the home made steak pie is to die for ,there are a few good wines hidden amongst a wide selection , the staff are friendly and helpful. and the drink selection is varied, this is a little gem of a place with no frozen inferior produce ,(you can tell when veg etc is fresh). if your in paisley i can only say this is THEE place , thanks for a wonderful meal ,i will be back

“Nice food, rude staff”

Lovely new Hoose, great atmosphere and great food as usual. However waitress that served us had a terrible attitude. Will not stop me returning, just hoping she is not still serving.

“Excellent”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2013

Visited today for lunch/dinner with my husband and 8yr old son. Lovely modern and bright decor, friendly staff and excellent menu. My husband had the haggis burger which was tasty and filling but he didn't like the peppercorn sauce. I had the steak pie which i enjoyed and my son had the cheese burger & chips. It was very clean with a nice family atmosphere. I would recommend it...

“Amazing value and really tasty food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 21, 2013

Every time i go to hamishes, it never disappoints. New restaurant has been done very tastefully and has a really welcoming feel to it. The meals are always really enjoyable, and you leave feeling satisfied and wanting to go back. Their coleslaw is soooo yummy! Great value for money and this makes your visit extra special and you really feel you get a good deal for your money.
