On a recent weekend in Pitlochry we ate here twice - on both nights the welcome was very amiable and the food well prepared from fresh ingredients. A short but good wine list - the house red a very palatable Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon.
The menu is varied and interesting and should be the place you go if you want an evening meal. It is, I noticed, open all day though I can't comment on that from experience I am sure it would be a pleasant place for breakfast, coffee, lunch or afternoon tea too.
