Made a complaint at the hotel front desk as I was leaving and was advised that she would pass on complaint to management, who would reply to me regarding this complaint - still waiting for a reply!
We stayed on a Dinner, bed & breakfast. At breakfast, I asked one of the waiters for scrambled eggs since none left in the self serve - he just blanked me (he did hear/know what I was asking for, because I pointed to the dish that was supposed to contain the scrambled eggs. I waited - but never received any nor any put in the self serve dish! It was after 9 am when we went down, but it was before 9:30 when I asked (approx 9:15 am). So I feel that even though I paid for breakfast- never received it!!
Also we never slept in such a hard bed.
Since the management never responded, I emailed customer care - firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have just received back a standard letter - sorry etc, but no offer of money back for breakfast or discount.More
