My husband and I stayed at Craigatin early in November 2013 as part of our Ruby Wedding celebration. A wonderful welcome awaited us and the friendliness of the owners, Andrea and Martin, made our stay very relaxing. The attention to detail was amazing. The room was first class and the staff kept it looking wonderful during our stay. The log burning stove was a nice touch for relaxing in the lounge in the evening. The breakfasts were fantastic both for the choice and the quality of food provided. The omelette Arnold Bennet was fab!! This is definitely somewhere we will return to and recommend to our friends.

Dear June H, Thank you for choosing Craigatin House for your ruby wedding celebration break (congratulations on 40 years of married life!) Delighted to read that you both enjoyed a relaxing time with us and managed to sample some time in front of the fire and our famous Arnold Bennett omelletes. Thanks again for staying with us. Kind regards, Martin & Andrea

We haven't visited Craigatin for a while but everything was as good as ever!
We stayed in the Courtyard in Room 14 which was a lovely big en-suite room with a shower in the bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable and we were nice and warm in the room over a cold November weekend!

Breakfast again was delicious and plentiful and the serving staff were always pleasant.

Nothing was too much trouble for Andrea and Martin or their staff. Andrea made us a reservation as a local restaurant which we were grateful for.

We will not leave it as long next time before we go back!

Our experience at this immaculate gem gets better every year. Martin and Andrea have created a distinctive atmosphere in a building full of contemporary character. The feeling in Craigatin is a family one - amongst all the staff. We were treated with great care and attention. We love Pitlochry but every year we talk about our stay in Craigatin.
We will always return to this dream guesthouse and mainly because of the genuine warmth of the owners.

Room Tip: Book now as 2014 will be a very busy year.

Another stay at Craigatin (my third) and it has been fantastic yet again. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Andrea who showed how to be a welcoming host. Once showed to our room Andrea took the time to show where everything was and then the enjoyment started. The room (suite 11) was generous in every aspect and is well designed. Great decor, beautiful pictures from local photographer, comfy seats and a spacious bed....what else could you wish for?? ........The lovely Craigatin breakfast! Delicious and plenty of choice to suit everyones needs and preferences. Staff welcoming, helpful and friendly making the experience complete.

Thanks for making it yet another great stay. Its a must for everyone visiting Pitlochry. Excellent value for money and beautiful surroundings enjoyed from a great B&B. I'd say it is the best!

Two nights and we feel totally recharged. The B&B is beautifully decorated and very cosy, the service is warm and friendly and the surrounding scenery absolutely stunning.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff lovely (if a little eager to clear away our plates - on both mornings my plate was cleared whilst my wife was still eating - not a big issue).

We arrived home to find that Martin and Andrea had posted some items of jewellery and clothing back to us that we had left behind. Thank you so much!

One night was not enough. Staying with friends we had a wonderful time. Loved the cosiness of the wood-burning stove and comfy sitting area. Didn't matter about the rain, garden still looked lovely. Breakfast was a delight. Definitely be back. You have a created a lovely welcoming atmosphere Martin and Andrea - enjoy your well-earned break over the winter months. See you next year. Many thanks Una and Colin
