“Excellent accommodation. Would highly recommend!”
Reviewed December 27, 2015 for a stay in December 2015

The accommodation has EVERYTHING you would need and we were pleasantly surprised the minute we entered the bungalow to find a wee welcome note and some goodies waiting for us. It is just such a cosy and beautiful property and the owner has done everything, and more, to ensure that the stay is catered for. Thank you very much for letting us stay at your property! The local area is also very enjoyable for walks and drinks in the local pubs. I would recommend to everyone looking for a country break. We hope to return there some time in the future.

“Fantastic bungalow, great location”
Reviewed November 29, 2015 for a stay in November 2014

We stayed here around this time last year, and I'm just now getting around to writing a review (oops!) because we are thinking of going back. Great little bungalow, lovely view of the hills, on the edge of Moulin (the village with the great pub just out of Pitlochry). As other reviewers have said, I'm not sure I'd want to stay with four or five people given that there's only one bathroom, but for a couple or three singles, it's a great little place to stay. The owner is lovely to deal with, the beds are comfortable, it's spotlessly clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and you're only 20 minutes walk or so from Pitlochry if you want to do things in town.

All that you need for a vacation or a week off! The welcoming is great, we have been picked up at the bus station in Pitlochry with our luggage, great service! Further more, the absolute complete information map with tips were to go or were to eat.
Washing and drying no problem, and further more the fire place is a plus plus.
Fantastic golfing course with driving range and practising course, heavy and demanding but al with fantastic beautiful free views. The Enchanted forrest was magical, a reason to come to Moulin/Pitlochry
Good beds, complete kitchen and the COOP is near and open until 1100 pm.

“Friendly, well equipped and well maintained holiday rental”

Nice property about 1 mile outside Pitlochry centre, in the small village of Moulin.
A fairly modern (1960s?) bungalow, nicely decorated and clean and well equipped. Pretty garden. The bathroom and kitchen in particular have been done recently to a good standard. It felt like it had been done to the standard of one's home, and not just as a holiday rental. There is even a wood burning stove and barbecue.
It is just a 100 metres or so from the start of the footpath up to Ben Vrackie, and 5 minutes from the pub. Very quiet, and no problems with parking.
The owner is helpful and welcoming.

“A perfectly cosy & well equipped cottage in a fabulous location”

We stayed for 3 nights and had a perfect stay. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen is a beautiful room with the logs burning in the stove and the wonderful open views over the stunning countryside. The walk into Pitlochry is easy and only about 20 minutes. The Moulin Pub is only a two minute walk so extremely handy because it is a lovely bar to spend an evening in.The cottage is decorated to a very high standard and lis kept ovely and clean. We arrived to a fabulous welcome gift of chocolates and wine.....what more could you ask for. We loved our stay here. Thanks Nicky for making the booking/admin/payment process so slick and easy aswell :-)

House has everything you need in it. On arrival there was also, milk and wine in the fridge plus some shortbread which was a nice touch :). House was very clean (although I did spot some dog hair under one of the storage heaters, only because I am OCD when it comes to cleaning, but as there was a hoover in the house this was not a problem). Kitchen/ Livng area was great with the wood burning stove, kept our dog Fudge cosy in the evenings. Great spot to stay if you have a dog as there were LOADS of walks you could do straight from the house. I look forward to returning again :)
