“Just love this course....”
Reviewed October 30, 2013

Coming from flat seaside courses in Ayrshire, this relatively short course is a shock to the calf muscles after a few rounds, but the views, the red squirrels in the trees round the clubhouse and especially the autumn colours this year, more than compensate. It is a fair test of golf, as you have to use almost every club in the bag and think your way round the course to score well. Natasha cooks up good food and is typical of the happy atmosphere in the restaurant. The members friendly and welcoming. A nice if cruel bonus, is sitting having a post game drink, watching so many players playing their approach shot [or more!] to the 18th into the burn. Course in very good nick this autumn after a fine summer.

“Restaurant with a view.”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

Beautiful club house, with a beautiful view. I don't golf myself but I can highly recommend the food for the ladies who lunch while their parters burn off some testosterone on the course.

“Fantastic Sunday Lunch”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

Although I play golf we still visit the golf club for drinks and sunday lunch even though I may not be playing. The setting is fantastic, the choice of beers is excellant (discovered Belhaven Black here) and the food is superb.

“Superb Food”
Reviewed October 16, 2013

Went here on two consecutive nights. The food was excellent. Husband had a steak - best he had ever had in Scotland. I had the fish and chips - batter lovely and crisp. Second night I had the steak pie which was amazing. Staff lovely and friendly. Views amazing - superb backdrop. Road up to it was a bit bumpy but well worth the drive. Some hotels had 10% discount cards - remember to ask.

“A fabulous Sunday Lunch in a Beautiful Place”
Reviewed October 10, 2013

We first discovered the excellent food at the Golf Club when we were advised to go there for Sunday lunch. We went once and were hooked. Such lovely food, excellent staff and very good choices and value. The lunch is conducted on the Carvery Idea, and apart from the roasts , the normal menu is also available. They provide excellent choices of wine and other beverages and a very good dessert menu for the sweet-toothed amongst us.The views from the restaurant take in Ben Vrackie, the wide landscape and the 18th. hole. Could not be better.
