Its the 2nd time we've stayed here and its well worth it. The service is lovely, the rooms are warm and comfortable and the food is wonderful. Especially love the pre-dinner canapés in the lounge. The leather chairs and fireplace is awesome! Makes you feel like your in another time zone. Really great how they use local products and traditional foods - exciting for a non-Scotish person!

Room Tip: View of the town - deluxe room

A last minute night away before Christmas. What a fabulous hotel. Warm friendly welcome, beautiful , spotless ensuite room with a great view of the valley. Warm comfy beds, great shower/bathroom with lovely soaps and a soft close loo!
Dinner was superb, just the right portion size and friendly service. Breakfast was the same. The lounges are warm and welcoming with super log fires to relax beside. We love it!

This truly was a gem. The service could not be faulted and the food excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean and great for exploring Pitlochry. We particularly enjoyed sitting in front of the log fires while having a glass or two when we returned after seeing the local sites.

this hotel is so welcoming from the time you enter the building, we had a ground floor room, which was large and roomy, also very warm. Public areas are very welcoming with open fires, and comfortable furnished. access to the town is down some steps and a 5 min. walk, not so good for people with walking difficulty, car parking was very good , will be back again.

Room Tip: upper floor rooms to front of hotel have great views

We had previously stayed and eaten in Michelin starred hotels before arriving at the Knockendarroch House Hotel. The food was excellent and it certainly suited our own taste far better than the "Michelin star" offerings we had enjoyed elsewhere. The rooms were spotlessly clean and elegant and the staff were friendly and obliging. DB&B for 2 was £200 and was by far the best value for money.

We visited Pitlochry to attend the Festival theatre and stayed for 4 nights at Knockendarroch House. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food
was very tasty and the dining experience a delight. We retreated to the sitting room after dinner
where we met good company and the log fires were most welcome . We had a premium room which looked over the town to the hills-beautiful in their autumn colours. An early dinner was available on theatre nights -all in all a happy visit.

Room Tip: All rooms are good ,ask for a room with a view over the town and remember there is a complimentary t...

I have just returned with my friends from a great weekend at Knockendarroch House Hotel. The location is fab with lovely views over the town of Pitlochry and surrounding countryside. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated with period features and scottish highland themes. We had a superior room which was gorgeous very comfortable and roomy, our friends had the Balcony room which was good, their room was slightly smaller but still very nice.

The lounge has two sides to it each side having a fantastic coal fire and big comfy coaches and leather chairs to enjoy pre dinner drinks and coffee after dinner. The restaurant is very comfy with nice views but the food was outstanding we all had steak the first night then venison the second which was superb, dinner was included in the room price definately worth it.

All the staff were very nice, friendly and we were looked after so well. Well done and thank you all so much! especially thank you for arranging happy birthday on our friends dessert plate.

Fantastic place for a weekend retreat and to relax, can't wait to stay there again sometime.

Highly recommend it.

Room Tip: If you are looking for a bigger room then go for the superior, book early though it is a busy and po...
