this walk is steep at the beginng if starting from the tourist office but is a lovely level walk afterwards to the Garry bridge. You can also lengthen this walk by 3 miles right to Pitlochry but otherwise it's a there and back walk.

Thiswas a wondefully historic place to visit. It was a great pity the visitor centre was closed for the winter and even the toilets were closed - very poor for such an important part of Scottish history

Had a brilliant time here with the fabulous walking and visit to Soldiers leap and the little museum. Best of all was the gem of a cafe at the beginning. Great food, fabulous hosts and a peaceful spot to rest and reflect. We had big mugs of hot chocolate with beautiful toasted sandwiches. Yum! Price was a lot less than in the town and better tasting! Enjoy!
