We were at a wedding here ,and have to admit it was first class, the staff well i cant highly praise them enough,Fiona ,Zoe and Chloe to mention a few ,every one was so nice ,from barman to reception, the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious ,beds ginormous lol ,meals to die for ,service with a smile, nothing is to much bother for them ,tbh i told them im going back ,the gorunds are lovely, word of caution tho ,dont leave a window open and your lights on in the warm weather ,as it has lots of tress and plenty of flowers and if your not careful youll let the midges in ,we found this hotel easy to get to as well

Room Tip: try for the cottages on site nice big and comfy ,quiet as well

We booked a two night stay on dinner, bed and breakfast tariff. We had one of the cottages which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The dinners were lovely and the staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were served in the conservatory and the hot food was cooked to order. We had a lovely stay, the grounds are lovely and we will definitely be returning there in the near future.

We booked dinner on Friday night it was included in the price of our stay.. However a larger built gentleman a host if you could call him that didn't seem to have a clue on what was happening.. We were offered pr dinner nibbles from him on 3 occasions our food order was taken from him after 30 min, and asking for our order to be taken he was running about like a chicken with no head..with not a smile or a thank you we would alsostill be waiting on our drinks if I didn't go and get them as he forgot to order them, the young gentleman on the bar was however did apologise on his behalf and delivered our drinks, there was mix up with our tables and in a rather aggressive tone we got grunt from him. the service of our food was prompt, and delivered hot with a Devine taste,, compliments to the chef.. Our room was clean and warm.. We will return but not with food priced in our accommodation.

Overnight stay with friends. Good location central for our tour of the Scottish Highlands. The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was compact but suitable for an overnight stay. We had Room 210, at the front of the Hotel, just above reception. We did have a spotlight at the front of the hotel, which at night was quite bright and lit up the room, even when the curtains were drawn. The staff did say they would see about a cover to address the problem. Worth checking if you book rooms at the front. We had dinner and breakfast as part of he rate. The dinner was lovely but could have been a little warmer! Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. The Gardens at the rear are a lovely spot for a quiet drink before dinner.Wifi and Sk are available. Overall good value.

Room Tip: Double rooms are very small. Room 210 is accessed up a fairly steep and narrow set of stairs suggest you ask when booking if this s a problem. Rooms at the rear overlook the gardens.
