This B&B profided superb accomodation and a marvelous breakfast all at a very reasonable price. The owners were very friendly and our stay was very pleasant.

The B&B was located within easy walking distance for the town centre.

I would highly recommend this accomodation.

I came for two nights and stayed for five! Can't say enough about the delightful (can't do enough for you) hosts, John and Jane. My singles room was cozy, spacious and sparkling clean ... and the breakfast was delicious (and bountiful!). The B&B is located just minutes from North Inch park which has a lovely path (beside the river) that takes you right into the center of town. If I'm lucky enough to return to Scotland someday....I know where I'll be staying!

Stayed here for one night, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the room was clean and quite big for a single room. It was £35 with a full cooked breakfast which was delicious. The keys to the front door were handed over when I checked in - with no curfew!

Received a really warm welcome on arrival. Single room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. It was also very quiet and overlooked the back garden. Good wifi connection and an excellent breakfast made for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended and would definitely return when next in Perth.

Room Tip: Room 4 was a spacious, quiet single room with en suite shower room.

We stayed here for two nights which were booked at quite short notice. From the first contact, we were well treated. on arrival we were given door keys and told to come and go as we wished. the twin bedded room was excellent, and the en-suite well equipped. As it is only a B&B, we were provided with a series of restaurant menus and a map showing where they were.

The breakfasts were excellent and we had to wait just a couple of minutes while they were freshly cooked. What more could you ask for. Toast was plentiful and we were asked if we wanted more. Same with the tea & coffee.

We look forward to our next visit with anticipation.
