My husband and I went for a 5 course fine dining experience and 63@Parklands and were not disappointed. We were the only couple in the restaurant area as it was a snowy Monday night but this did not bother us and we were looked after by 2 very attentive waitresses. The quality of the food was brilliant. The starter of scallop and black pudding in a pea soup was delicious. The cauliflower and Roquefort soup course was a lovely combination and was served in a small ramekin which was just the right size for a 5 course meal. The main course was Aberdeen Angus steak and home made chips. My husband loved this. There was a cheese course next which was served with delicious oatcakes, grapes and chutney. The pudding was the piece de resistence for me, vanilla crime brûlée with shortbread and a lovely nutty ice cream. Amazing. The Pinot Grigio was also very good. We would happily go back.

We both enjoyed a fantastic well cooked steak with well recommended bottle of wine to match. Service was on par and timely.

This was a celebration meal with family and friends and although the choice is much more limited than the Bistro menu it showcases local fresh produce and the excellent skills of the kitchen team. We were all delighted with our choice from the menu and by the quality of the entire meal.

What a wonderful and exquisite meal prepared at this fine dining restaurant. We enjoyed 5 courses, beautifully presented, creatively prepared and the tastes were superb. Great place for a special celebration.

We dined at 63@Parklands using an ItIsOn voucher on a Sunday evening in October. We were greeted warmly by a very friendly waitress and were shows to a pleasant lounge area where we ordered our drinks and perused the menu. The fine dining menu consists of a starter (2 choices), intermediate (one option), main (3 options), cheese course (one option), dessert (2 options). We both opted for duck liver parfait, pork and cheesecake. We were shown to the dining area which had welcoming decor. We were one of only two couples in the dining area - as a result there was little atmosphere. The food was distinctly average, the main course however was very flavoursome. Drinks were well priced. Enjoyable but i would have been disappointed if we had paid full price - there is so much competition in Perth we wouldn't rush back.

Thank you for your review, fine dining on a Sunday night in Perth you always run the risk of it being a quiet night and this was obviously the case with you. You were served 5 courses at a Full Price of £35.00 (£7.00 per course) which we feel is excellent value for the quality of produce used in our 2 Rosette restaurant where everything is made in house to a very high standard.. Glad you complimented the surroundings, the service, your drinks and your maincourse and had an enjoyable time.
