My husband and I went for a 5 course fine dining experience and 63@Parklands and were not disappointed. We were the only couple in the restaurant area as it was a snowy Monday night but this did not bother us and we were looked after by 2 very attentive waitresses. The quality of the food was brilliant. The starter of scallop and black pudding in a pea soup was delicious. The cauliflower and Roquefort soup course was a lovely combination and was served in a small ramekin which was just the right size for a 5 course meal. The main course was Aberdeen Angus steak and home made chips. My husband loved this. There was a cheese course next which was served with delicious oatcakes, grapes and chutney. The pudding was the piece de resistence for me, vanilla crime brûlée with shortbread and a lovely nutty ice cream. Amazing. The Pinot Grigio was also very good. We would happily go back.
