I have been going to the tudor for a while, the food is amazing especially the Steak Pie. Harry's bar is lively every weekend with a dj on a Saturday night to boogie away or just listen to some good music.........What else can i say in regards to the refurbishment of the rooms.........top class well done :) All the staff are pleasant & helpful, if your passing please drop in and have a look around or a bite to eat you wont be disappointed :)

On looking at the photographs of the double bedroom when on line we were frankly dissapointed to find the room was quite cramped with very little wardrobe & drawer space. We managed to change rooms to something more substantial (which for the price should be the norm) but this had its drawbacks as well. Being situated over the bar lounge area the evening noise lasted well into the early morning hours due to wedding functions & musical entertainment which did not help us sleep. The shower drain appeared to be partially blocked so that showering had to cease on a regular basis in case the basin overflowed. The shower head needed replacing OR soaking overnight in Domestos to get rid of the black "gunge". The ceiling cornice was hanging from the wall. On the good side--the staff were more than helpful & pleasant, food was pretty basic but wholesome, the town centre was just a steady walk away & the ambience was very family orientated which was good. I would go again but hopefully things will have improved by then.

Room Tip: stay away from the front bar areas if you want to sleep well

Stayed here on business for one night.
Small room but very tastefully decorated, all the usual facilities, ie coffee & tea making station. Very comfortable bed. Large flat screen TV with some digital channels. Big modern bathroom.
Didn't experience the restuarant but did eat in the bar. Very reasonably priced. Sky TV. nice covered outside area with heaters for smokers.
Breakfast cooked to order with a variety of cereal, fruit juice etc also.
Efficient check in and out procedure. All staff very very pleasant and helpful.
Nice big car park available.
Would highly recommend.

Room Tip: Ask to overlook the carpark, the front is on a busy road.

I've been going to the Tudor for years now, and have to say the food and service is at its best in as long as I can remember. Staff are friendly and chatty and the food is excellent. Steak pie and finnon haddock would be two star dishes.

Would definitely recommend any visitors pop in for some good food and friendly atmosphere.

The entrance into the hotel is very fresh and modern. A sign that the hotel is still doing well even although the economy is in recession. It is great to see a local, family run, long established businesses surviving in difficult times. The staff are very friendly and take time to speak to customers, the menu has plenty of choice and I have never had a bad plate of food. A great new look and well worth a stop if you are ever passing through Airdrie.
