Centrally located in the middle of Elgin, and off-street parking provided. Very friendly and helpful owner. Clean room and delicious breakfast.
We stayed there for two nights in two different rooms and we really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were clean, with enough space and fitted with all facilities (boiler, tea and coffe, hairdryer). The location is just in the middle of Elgin and with enough space to park, but still very quiet and the quality of sleep was really good. Denise is a very good owner and welcomed us with good talk and advices. Breakfast was excellent as we there was a good variety of food to chose from. Overall an excelent choice and we hope to go back one day
Stayed here again last week this has been about the 6th or 7th time and will definitely come back as near as you can get to town centre cannot fault anything about it at all

I am a foreign student who had been staying in this guest house for a month.I am glad that i had chosen this lovely guest house. The service is excellent , location is perfect and price is cheap. The room is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Most importanly, the host and her family are very firendly and helpful. This is the best accomodation i ever stay in UK. i would strongly recommend to anyone who is going to visit Elgin. thank you!
