I visited for a lunch meal and choose the Cullen Skink.
The price was reasonable and the meal was nice. I also was well satisfied with the service I got. Would return if I visit Nairn again.

I remember seeing this restaurant on the Lonely Planet website and was so relieved we actually found it on our very short stop in Nairn. The other lunch options we walked by weren't nearly as appealing.

Someone in our party was craving cullen skink and he found it here. Big bonus points for that.

Kid's menu available with the typical fare so little ones were happy.

I had a really delicious mackerel and horseradish pate. Never even heard of it before in North America but did a little search and found out it's not uncommon in Britain. The corn chowder I had, unfortunately, wasn't great - a little too thick and underseasoned.

The place was almost full with couples, older folks and families. It would be on my regular roster if I lived nearby.

The smoked Mackerel and horseradish pate was one of our most popular dishes on the last lunch menu, we're delighted you liked it. Thanks for visiting the Classroom and taking the time to review us. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip over from Canada.

Visited yesterday afternoon with friends for lunch and cocktails, stayed for over four hours and had a great time.

Food fantastic - we all had different dishes and they were all great, very good value for money.

All of the staff were excellent and very helpful advising us on the various cocktails (huge choice!).

Thank you, will be back soon!

This could be a classroom for anyone wanting to learn how to run a great restaurant . Getting a good meal on a Sunday night can sometimes be a challenge. But not in Nairn. The place was nearly full; great buzz and atmosphere topped by a quality meal. Highly recommended and well deserving of its place in the rankings.

Our staff are all young and enthusiastic, which makes staff training sessions a joy for all involved. This enthusiasm and happy eagerness comes across very well when dealing with our many customers. Thanks for visiting the Classroom and taking the time to review us.

The staff, although young were excellent and we enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. We had grandchildren with us and their every need was dealt with. The homemade beef burger was fantastic. The chips were great. We would return here.
