“Very child friendly”
Reviewed January 26, 2013

Stayed last summer (sorry its taken so long to post a review Rosemary) with my wife and 2 young kids. I'd agree with all the other positive reviews and add the children were made to feel very welcome. Rosemary also provided 2 cots and numerous other child related bits and pieces we needed. Highly recommended.

stayed while on business in nairn , Rosemary was the perfect hostess and the accommodation was as warm as the welcome . I was travelling as a single female with special dietery requirement as i am coeliac and the Inveran Lodge catered for both ! I am due back in the area every 4 weeks and i am looking forward to more of Rosemary's hospitality .

Thank you Rosemary for one of the most confortable and cosy nights stay we have had for a long time, your home is beautifully decorated and furnished and our bedroom was one of the best yet our breakfast was as good as it gets and that little extra touch a lovely afternoon tea taken in your delightful lounge was the icing on the cake! Every little touch and attention to detail was very much appreciated.

This B&B is superb. The house is more than 100 years old but still very stately. The host, Rosemary, is friendly, acommodating, gracious, knowledgeable, a great chef and a good friend to have while staying in Nairn. Breakfast was superb every day with lots of choices. The town of Nairn is beautiful with great restaurants and pubs while situated right on the water. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Highlands.

My wife stayed here for two nights with her father and brother in September and rated it as the best B&B she has stayed at in more than 25 years of travellng to the UK. Rosemary is a great host and will go out of her way to help. The bedrooms are clean, roomy and comfortable with every amenity available. Simply the best, 10/10

Inveran Lodge offered everything that I could possibly have wished for - not only very comfortable and spacious accommodation but also loads of unexpected extras including afternoon tea and cakes, sherry, and Sky Sports. However the attention to detail throughout elevated this stay at least to the level of top hotels. The hostess, Rosemary, crowned the whole visit by advising me which local golf pro could sort out my deeply ingrained slice - Alleluia!

Stayed with Rosemary for a couple of nights and we were absolutely delighted with all aspects of our stay. From her helpfulness when we first booked on the telephone, until our reluctant farewells. The excellence of Rosemary's hospitality, her professionalism, not to mention the beautiful house and gardens, well appointed, spacious clean rooms, lovely fresh flowers from the garden, delicious fresh breakfasts and local knowledge, all contributed to a most memorable stay, leaving us with the the desire to return. What most impressed us,was Rosemary's passion and commitment that shows in her energy and enthuisiasm for providing the best of Scottish hospitality, a truly excellent stay in relaxed surrounding.
