Stayed here with my family Monday to Friday, Could not fault it, a lovely location, Right at the beach and the lodge was very impressive and comfortable.
South facing rear garden ,so if you fancy a barby ...its all there.
Owner Michael was very helpful and provided us with some local info.
Stayed here for 3 nights in May 2018 as part of a group of 8 golfers.
The house was perfect for us, rooms are all a good size and the location is perfect. A two minute stroll from Nairn Golf Course with the beach at the bottom of the road. The addition of the use of the leisure facilities at the hotel across the road an added bonus.
If you're looking for accommodation for a large group in Narin this is definitely the place to go.
My wife and I stayed at end September 2017. Our experience confirmed everything we had read in the reviews of this property. The standards of all the facilities and the welcome from Susan and Michael were indeed beyond excellent, including the bottle of wine in the fridge ! Everything you could wish for, and more, was on site and the complimentary access to the Golf View hotel's leisure suite was a real bonus. My wife and I are keen golfers and Seaview Lodge is ideally placed close to internationally renowned links courses . It is a short few minutes walk from Nairn GC (Walker Cup, Curtis Cup.etc.) and a short drive from the Scottish Open venue of Castle Stuart GC.
This beautiful house has become a firm family favourite. It's location a minutes walk from the beach & just across from the Golf View Hotel is ideal. The house is superbly furnished to a very high standard. Michael & Susan are particularly welcoming. Their extra touches such as the beautiful fresh flowers when we arrived along with the very kind birthday gift were very much appreciated. We'll definitely be back!!
This home is as cozy as they come. Perfectly clean and impeccably furnished. The upstairs common room offers unbelievable sea and sunset views. Michael and Susan go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. Guests have access to the gym/hot tub/pool just across the street, and the beach is literally a stone's throw away. Plus, if you dare, challenge Michael and Susan to a round on Nairn's Golf Club, which is a measly 5 minute walk down the street. Thank you for the golf tips, guys :)
Michael and Susan are the best hosts ever. The house is so well facilitated and well decorated. They also offer us tennis pads and 4 bikes. The house is only 1 minute walk to the beach. We used their bikes for a nice cycling by the seaside.
We felt very welcomed when we arrived and Susan was so nice to offer us a bottle of wine. Michael was also very helpful. He kindly drove us to the train station when we left and took us to see the golf club. The dog Ben is cute and loyal as well haha.
Anyway we had a such wonderful stay here. Would highly recommend anyone this gorgeous house and amazing hosts.
My family of 6 from the US stayed here for 3 nights. The hosts, Michael and Susan, live next door and couldn't have been more gracious and helpful! The house, particularly the kitchen, was well equipped. The beach and golf clubhouse and dining room are across the street. There is a paved walkway along the beach which goes to Nairn. Lots to see in the area, and we should have stayed a couple more days. Inverness is about a 20 minute drive, most of which is easy driving. We will be going back next year and will not even bother looking for another house.
