Totally awesome time with Sally, Mic and Joshua (their son). A most sincere and hospitable family who aims for excellence in all they do and truly enjoys taking care of people and meeting new people. The breakfast menu, room decor, bedding, toilet amenities, sight-seeing info, restaurant recommendation are superb! They even go the extra mile! Will definitely go again if I visit Scotland again!

We were made most welcome by the propietors and family, the room was very comfortable and breakfast excellent especially the raspberry croissants. We were given advice on local places to visit and how to get there. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for a week. The most helpful family run B&B. Nothing was to much trouble. Very friendly service. Make you feel like a member of there family.
Mike and Sally looked after us for the week. Homemade Breakfast to die for. If you stay here make sure you ask for the homemade croissants. Free wii fi and good speed.
Yes the rooms are not en suite , but to be honest you don't think about this after your first night. Today as i left i genuinely think i will miss them all. How many B&B's make you feel like this ?

It was a wise decision to choose the Old Bank House when we planned to visit Kyle of Lochalsh and Isle of Skye. The location is excellent. It is very close to the train and coach station which means it is easy to access Isle of Skye. Meanwhile, it is also a good location for strolling cross the Skye bridge and exploring the little village - Kyealine (oops... don't know if I spelled it correctly). The service are excellent, too. Sally and White (the owner) tried their best to satisfy every requirement we made. Meanwhile, our train was scheduled in the late afternoon. They told us we could come back for a rest before we head off to station though we checked out already. That's so sweet. Moreover, they made some tea for us when we came back. The room is very cozzy and clean. We can even watch Chinese TV program which is good for my parents while they were away from home for quite a while. Last but not the least, their home-cooked English breakfast is awesome. Even my mother who is not a fan of western food loves it so much. It is definitely a value-for-money choice.

We stayed here for 5 nights last week. Mike and Sally are really lovely people and instantly made us feel at home. Mike offered to drive us to places or pick us up from Skye if we missed the last bus. He drove us to Eilean Donan castle and to the station when we left (only ‘round the corner but with heavy bags we were grateful). They also packed us a lunch for the train journey. The B and B is bang in the centre of the village, 1 minute from everything you need (eg train station, shops, tourist office, boat trips). Room was nice, food was good. Throroughly recommended.

PS have just noticed last review saying owner is crazy. Mike is not crazy but he's certainly a character, I guess some Americans wouldn't understand his Mancunian humour. He's an ace guy.

Not the cheapest B&B we have stayed in but, without doubt one of the friendliest!

Mike and Sally are great hosts and will bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your stay.
