Stayed one night here. Arrived very early at the hotel (10.30 AM) as we were going hill walking and wanted to tell them that we would be arriving late that night, but were not expecting them to have a room ready. We were somewhat charmlessly informed that they could do nothing to 1400 and it din't matter what time we checked in later. We went to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee and a snack but were told we could have coffee but in terms of anything to eat the choice was either a continental or full breakfast. We wanted neither so just had the coffee. The restaurant looked basic and the bar somewhat lacking in ambiance, but then it was only £78 per night

To be fair the receptionist that night was pleasant and efficient. The room was quiet and clean, the bed nice and firm. there was a small TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The security lock on the door had been broken off as had the toilet roll holder in the bathroom. There were some pump action soap dispensers. The towels were good.

I have paid less for much better accommodation and occasionally more for worse. its hard to know what other places in the area are like, but if I go back to Fort William I think I will try somewhere else.

Reception staff very welcoming and pleasant! Rooms in great condition, very clean. In a great location with a restaurant next door, and McDonald's, Morrisons and ten pin bowling all very close by. Only one flaw would be that the bathroom fan is very noisey an comes on when bathroom light is switched on and doesn't go off again for aprox 6-7mins after causing some disturbance during the night if the person your sharing with gets up. Other than that would definitely stay in again!

Standard Premier Travel Inn ,clean room, friendly staff...a few nitpicking points I suppose, bed was too soft for me and woke up with a backache which was not good. Brewers Fayre has a pretty appalling vegetarian menu ( so didn't bother eating there), no real ale and poor breakfast choice in my opinion for the price.
Location tho' was very convenient and quiet, even tho' it was half-term. Price was much cheaper than when I had looked previously....could it be because a Travelodge has just opened in the town?

You cannot do the automated check-in here but the reception ladies are really friendly and helpful. This place is great for a good rest if you are visiting the Highlands as it is well located. We had dinner at the pub next door, but opted for breakfast at the McDonald's just a few yards away. We had no problems with parking. Surely I would stay there again.

Everything one could wish for a good night's stay and the associated catering is available at Fort William. If our room was the standard offerred to Customers one would assume that all rooms and services would be experienced by all visitors.

Room Tip: Having only slept in one room I cannot comment on other rooms in the Hotel.

Typical Premier Inn - you know what to expect. The room was clean and comfortable living up to Premier Inn standards and promises. This Premier Inn is quite close to shops including fast food, perhaps explaining why it is more expensive than other Premier Inns. The restaurant next door lived up to expectations. No fridge is always a hassle and something to consider with Premier Inns. Getting a parking spot was a bit tricky.

We would stay there again for a stopover when exploring Scotland.

We were in our room when someone else gained access with a key. Reception staff did nothing-no apology, nothing. When I commented at reception that someone had tried to access our room the receptionist just gave excuses and also told me she had changed the key. At the very least I would expect someone to come to our room apologies and deliver the a new key. Very poor service
