Went to the mustard seed for a birthday celebration and it was lovely. The staff are very attentive good atmosphere and not pretentious . I had the wood pigeon which was served on a slate I have to say this is a pet hate of mine the scrapping of the knife on the slate is like nails going down a blackboard and the lentils Skit off the edge of the dish . The mains rib eye was great cooked to perfection crispy on the outside and rare in the middle excellent. Great place to eat however my only criticism was being charged £10.95 for two small bowls of vegetables not good . Overall a good place to eat but I would opt for the early bird menu at £11.95 in the future.
