Our family experienced a wonderful time in Scotland. Maryanne and Bob made us feel very welcome and spoiled us with a superb breakfast every morning. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the lounge in the evening. Bob supported us with a lot of suggestions what else to do around Inverness. Thanks a lot for your great hospitality.

We were welcomed by a very gracious and helpful host. The house is simple but beautiful, the bedrooms very clean and full of light (on a sunny day..!). We loved the breakfast, which offered Scottish specialties as well as pancakes and lots of fresh fruit (kind of a novelty during our tour of Scotland). The backyard garden is a magic oasis...

Wonderful personal touches are what make a break you remember. St Anne's is a perfect example of this. Wonderful comftable room with great hosts.
Plenty of choice at breakfast, short walk into town and a well presented garden.
Would even recommend to my fussy Mum!

St Ann's is more than a guest house. I was travelling with my 2 daughters for an overnight stay in Inverness. Maryanne was kind enough to meet us at the station. We were made to feel so welcome and felt like a home from home. Our room was spotless and all we could ask for. Comfortable lounge where we could relax after our journey. Bob gave great advice about where to visit on our short stay. Early start the next morning but we enjoyed a tasty breakfast none the less. Thank you for your hospitality. Will certainly be back.

We stayed at St Ann's House for 2 nights in June. We were travelling with our two teenagers so the family room worked well for us. Bob and Maryanne were so welcoming and hospitable and made us feel very much at home. The dining room overlooks a gorgeous garden that Maryanne takes much pride in and it was a delight to sit there each morning to have breakfast.
Bob was very helpful with information and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. When we departed we left behind a phone charger and Bob rang us immediately to let us know so that we could come back. Much more than many B and B hosts do! A great place from which to explore Inverness!

We came into town and found St Ann's to be very accommodating at finding a room for our group of four. The room and shower were lovely with nice bedding and towels, and the breakfast the next morning was fantastic, and happily made for us even at our early hour of departure!

Highly recommended!

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our holiday. On arrival Bob gave us a lot of information about the area before showing us to our rooms. Rooms are lovely - you really got the impression that Bob and Mary Ann have put a lot of effort into making sure guests have everything they need, The house is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Inverness, Bob and Mary Anne will point you in the direction of good restuarants, pubs and shops.

Breakfast was great and Bob very kindly drove us to the cruiser base after our first night.. When we returned the following week, we had asked if they would do breakfast as we would be there very early. This was no problem at all and we really looked forward to returning.
The garden is beautiful and there is a really comfortable Lounge for guests to sit in.

When we left we felt that we had arrived as guests but left as friends. This was really Scottish hospitality at it's best.
