We managed to go this visit up north !

To see it from the road, I was surprised that how much the actual museum site contained. There was so much to see and the grandchildren loved going around and playing the games even though none of them managed to get the hoops on the pole !
Stanley made everyone welcome and the tea was good.
Will definitely be going back there on a dry day and in the summer !

Loved this - very quirky and eccentric, but Stanley has collected everything here with passion. Something for everyone - watched the hour long fascinating video of dives to the wreck of the Titanic, which had some very touching footage, and also enjoyed looking at all the displays, visiting the boats, and chatting to Stan who is a gem himself as well as having built a gem of a museum. He is very knowledgeable about the Titanic and makes a lovely cup of tea, together with nautically themed biscuits. Free entry, but we were happy to give generously. A highlight of Inverness.

If you have the time then PLEASE try and visit this splendid and most individual Museum.

The vision of a very friendly chap it must be appreciated almost as much as an insight into one man's character and drive as much as in it's own right.

Years have been spent building and acquiring exhibits despite his very serious health problems. He is a man who is living his dream.

The Inverness Titanic Museum is a quirky little museum run in someone's own home and garden. We had a great couple of hours here, the kids loved it and we will definitely go back. The owner was really friendly and makes a lovely cup of tea!
