Welcoming from the first moment! Clean, fresh and modern. Staff attentive from the start, with great people skills! The rooms were very comfortable, well appointed, and quiet - no noise from traffic or other guests! Breakfast great - I had the continental and there was a great choice. Location ideal, on the banks of the River Ness, and close to the main shopping area. Staff very helpful in helping us book our taxi to the wedding we were attending, and very approachable. Would definitely recommend it ( actually already have!) and plan to go back again! Thank you to the staff who made my stay so memorable!

Room Tip: We didn't have a view of the River Ness (3 rooms, 4 of us, I had single occupancy), I had view o...

First class helpful pleasant staff. Nothing was any problem for them cheerful and efficient. Rooms were clean, fresh and quiet. Breakfast is reasonably priced and good quality. (Sausages especially) The only criticism I could level, not at this hotel but Premier Inns in general is that in this day and age free WiFi should be accessible at no extra cost not just for 30 mins.

Room Tip: I believe there are rooms with a river view although these would also face the road so may suffer so...

Beautiful modern rooms, friendly staff, great view I could go on and on! We loved every minute of our stay here, and would definitely recommend to a friend, we just can't wait to go back! Excellent "all you cant eat" breakfast to help cure the hangover in the morning too! Big thanks to all the staff for such a pleasant stay :)

Room Tip: Choose a room with a view, like us :)

Day trip to Inverness will now include staying at the Premier Inn - River Ness. Nicely presented frontage and bright, airy reception makes it a good ending to any long trip far any weary traveler. Staff are welcoming and helpful but if that is not you bag, there are the obligatory quick and easy check-in screens.

Restaurant is warm and well staffed which includes the bar area. Floor to ceiling windows give you an amazing outlook to the river and the opposite side where most clubs, pubs shops and Restaurants located with just a 5 min walk from the Hotel. Food is excellent.

Rooms are spacious and clean with normal Premier Inn decor. This hotel is relatively new so not at all dirty but seems to be striving to keep it that way.

All in all a perfect getaway location with a perfect hotel too boot.

Room Tip: Apart from noise from the room above (if they have children) all rooms are pretty much decent. Rooms...

Very positive experience. We ate breakfast in hotel and had evening meal elsewhere. Room very comfortable and clean but I wish we asked for a view of the river. Central location so we could leave the car. Parking on street but this was okay once we got used to it.
