What an incredible view of the River Ness. The staff were outstanding. The room nice, clean and fresh. If you are looking for a place in downtown Inverness you could not go wrong with this location. Parking was a little hard, but we figured it out without much of a hassle. Buy the breakfast - but have dinner next door.

Comfy beds, Ace pillows, Easy to control heating, bath fills (and empties) really fast. This is a budget hotel that feels quality.
Set alongside the river right in the town centre makes it a great place to stay, easy to get to pubs and restaurants and then back to sleep.
ps Locals here are late-birds, town was deserted at 7.30pm but at 10pm suddenly livened up with live music in a number of pubs and great, freindly atmosphere.
Road diversions made getting to hotel tricky, but as a result of road works the meters outside hotel were bagged- off - Free parking 24 hoiurs a day right outside the entrance, a little happy bonus. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Inverness, you won't be disappointed.

Really the best Premier Inn I have stayed in. Friendly and attentive staff without being pushy. Bed was so cosy I didnt want to get up for the lovely breakfast. Well cooked and presented. I was really impressed with the choice and quality.
We ate at the Tandoori restaurant just across the bridge. Really good and not expensive. There is a really handy Tesco about 10 yards from the Hotel car park. Not their fault but the park is quite small but well laid out. Since it is only 11 months old the hotel does not show up on the 2008 Google earth photos. It is where the old bingo hall was!

Room Tip: Rooms away from the lifts are quiet

just returned from an overnight stay at the Premier Inn, Inverness. fab hotel. location is fantastic, with views of the River Ness, remember to request a view of the river when booking. You are literally 2minutes walk from the shops. The Castle Tavern is lovely for a little refreshment. We ate at Cinnamon, Indian restaurant. Sunday night is buffet night which suited us. The food was lovely. Would def return to this hotel if I get the chance

Stayed here for one night as part of a birthday trip for my wife. We couldn't fault it. We had a room with a nice view of the castle - everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a little problem finding the hotel - various streets are wholly or partially closed due to flood protection works - and this confused our sat nav; but we got there! Breakfast was excellent. We will certainly make a return visit.

This hotel is perfectly located on the bank of the river and a very short walk to the Greig St footbridge which takes you up to Church St and on to Academy St.
There are numerous restaurants and attractions within a short walk from this hotel.
The Thyme Restaurant serves a great breakfast.
Overall, a great stay and superb value for money.
