Both Angie and Mike made us all very welcome and comfortable Mike even drove us to the Enterprize depot in the morning to collect our hire vehicles for the return leg to Hull wouldn't hesitate to use facility if touring the Highlands or repeating Lands End John O'Groats. Thank you Angie thank you Mike

Well where do I start , its that good . After several days with friends on a Bike tour of Scotland, and B+B`S that where not up to it , this was the place that I was looking for , a real Diamond amongst the so ordinary and over priced b + b`s. As soon as we pulled up Mike and Angela where there to welcome us into there Treasure Trove or , Alladins cave , call it what you want , but you`ll understand when you visit . We where taken in to the living room straight away and offered tea or coffee , and we talked about our tour experience of Scotland and Motorbikes and they genuinely want to know where we had been and where we are going.Anyway after relaxing we went to our room, 3 man room , a double and 2 singles . 5 star would`nt beet this . The place was clean and tidy ,we didnt have to ask for extra towels or silly things which you would expect to be in your room. All the rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard ( 4 poster beds) that you would expect in a high class of hotel.Breakfast was well also, the best we had . Angela even took us to the nearest restaurant the night before. If your going to Scotland use this place as a stop off there and back , truly Unique and friendly couple. Oh and watch out for the suite of armour going up the stairs. Brilliant , thanks to you both.

Room Tip: they are all quiet , and good.

I will keep this brief, as I will only find myself repeating what others have priviously said , so here goes,-FIRST CLASS in every way, WARM , WELCOMING , CLEAN, FREINDLY, the perfect place to stay if touring the Highlands,or simpily passing through. This place is unique and offers exelent value for money. In my experience of B&Bs in Scotland , this place is streets ahead , its a rare thing to find hosts that are genuinly interested in what you are doing on your holiday and assist in every way they can to make a holiday to remember for all the right reasons.

We stayed at the Torguish House in October 2011 and were hoping to return at some point. However events overtook us and we had to make a visit to Inverness at very short notice. Mike and Angie had rooms for the three of us and made what should have been a stress full time, alot more bearable. By being very helpfull and understanding, and helping in any way they could.

The rooms we had were full of character, clean tidy with everything you could want. A very full English breakfast set us up each day, with a warm welcome when we got back in the evening.

Thanks we will be returning as soon as we can.

What a magical place! Full of intresting collcetables inside & out. We had not pre. booked but were given such a warm welcome, choice of rooms, which were clean & very comfortable. Each room decorated differently but the staircase had a hand printed mural going all the way up. Angie the owner was friendly, helpful & intresting to talk to. I'am so pleased we came across this place & we were able to buy a few bits from all that was on sale there. We just loved it & hope visit again. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Room Tip: windows had shutters that kept the morning light out.

We spent a weekend at Torguish house recently and it was absolutely delightful. The owners have clearly thrown themselves into creating a finely-decorated haven - iand it really is a haven to them. Rooms are immaculate and cosy, with each having its own decorative theme and the house itself os adorned with fascinating artefacts and elaborate hand-painted walls. In a worl where bland Travelodges are taking over, Torguish House is a real treat - a unique, quirky gem nestled next to a stunning Scottish glen.

We were made to feel totally at home - the lovely lady who owns the B & B even de-fluffed my coat for me! There was nothing we could want for, we were home-from-home - the only thing they couldn't cater for was my numb bottom after sitting in a car for umptten hours.

But numb bums aside - Torguish House is outstanding, in the strictest sense of the word - it is like no other B & B.
