Visit number 6 always been very good in past.

Food very good, risotto lovely, and steak medalions very nice.

just service very slow never seen our desserts or coffees so never paid for them, not the busiest I've seen it so no excuse for lack of service just poor floor management.

Instead of a dessert in restaurant had a nice rizzas of huntly ice cream at interval :)

As we were at Eden Court for a show we thought we'd give this place another chance, having previously given up due to slow service and general poor organisation. Wish I hadn't bothered. Over 45 minutes to produce a child's pizza and a sandwich is just ridiculous. It wasn't busy (I should have taken that as a hint) so they don't even have that as an excuse. Left without eating and won't be back.

Poor menu, inattentive staff, dull decor, no privacy to eat your meal. Restaurant is separated by a half height wall or screen from the main foyer/passage to the theatre so is noisy, and on the day we visited for lunch, very very cold.

Appreciated the welcome and the service at this restaurant on our first visit there. However we have mixed reviews on the meal. For one of our party the meal was excellent although the starter could have been hotter. For another their main course was disappointing when it was described as salmon and monkfish duo but had only one piece of each and made up with mussels and squid. For the third party there was a disappointment in the pork dish and would have preferred to have had use of a steak knife! Also the waffles in her sweet could have been warmer.

Decided to try this restaurant for lunch, and didn't think it would take nearly 45 minutes to produce a burger, which arrived uncooked. Especially since the table next to us arrived and told the waitress, they were "in a rush" and couldn't wait long and their food arrived within 5 minutes - before ours! We were not able to wait for them to change the raw burger, so we had to leave and refused to pay, and they said that they could have offered us 10% off our NEXT visit, had we stayed and waited for them to produce a different lunch dish for me. Well, I don't think we would have been going back to get the 10% off next time anyway!

Do not go if you are on a lunch break! Or like your burger cooked!
