The best thing going for this place is the location, it is directly across the street from the river and has easy walking distance to anyplace in Inverness center. In order to access the apt. you have to retrieve the key from a separate location several blocks away, there is no staff in attendance at the apartment building itself. There is off street parking under the building, our particular spot was
impossibly narrow to access and against a wall so that the passengers had to get out of the car prior to parking. The apartments are built over restaurants and shops and apparently the building code require robust fire protection design features. The hallways are a maze of fire doors. Even inside the apartment you had to use door stops to keep doors open as the close forcefully unless stopped open. Our particular apartment had a balcony that looked out on nothing but an enclosed roof. The third floor location was stuffy and hot unless you opened the balcony door and kept it open. The size of the apartment was fine but the furnishings were sparse and budget. There was a fair amount of street noise from the street which is to be expected for a center city location. The kicker was the incessant cawing from flocks of seagulls at all hours along with crows. This all added up to a not very restful or comfortable stop. Perhaps other apartments represent better options but not this one. I would not recommend. Inverness is a lovely city with many options, we'll be back and looking at a variety of other options.

This is a first class apartment. it had a spacious double bedroom and a large lounge/dining/kitchen, a second toilet and a laundry. The apartment was fully equipped with everything, bed linen, all kitchen devices. Micro wave, stove , fridge etc. You only have to buy your food, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
It is centrally located next next main bridge over the river Ness. We were not on the street side of the building - but we still some views of the river and distant hills - so it was very quiet.
The only draw back was the car park bays in the basement are very small - so not suitable for large cars.
I would recommend this apartment for any one wanting to stay in Inverness

Spent 4 nights in apartment 203 recently. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and extremely comfortable with a gorgeous view overlooking the the River Ness. The location was awesome as there were many sights, shops, restaurants and pubs well within walking distance. A beautiful full kitchen, a laundry room, daily maid service and two full bathrooms (one with a nice tub and one with a great shower). We had quite an enjoyable experience and it made our trip to Inverness wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly Recommended.

We have stayed in 2 separate apartments, 310 and 206 and both are immaculate and have lovely open plan sitting rooms/kitchens, which are fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc. each has an en suite as well as a separate clock room. Lovely views over the castle. Initially worried about the noise from bars below but slept so well and couldn't hear a thing. Underground parking and ideal for the shops and restaurants. Superb.

4 of us shared Apt 100 a 2BR 2BTH with a huge corner terrace. The accommodations were excellent. Very tasteful, clean & well equipped. Right on the river in central Aberdeen - can't imagine a better location. We thought noise might be an issue - being over a busy corner, but it wasn't. We where fortunate enough to have lovely weather during our 3 night stay, so making use of the huge outdoor terrace was an extra treat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BBA to anyone looking for apartment style accoms in Aberdeen.
Only negative comment to make....there was no coffee pot of any description (strange) & I did leave a voice mail message at the management contact #. There where packages of instant coffee available but do check on a coffee maker if its important to you - I was assuming it was broken & had not been replaced but didn't hear from anyone.

We went over to Glen mohr Hotel to get the key and it was very easy. We got an envelope and walked towards our apartment. It took us about 5 minutes so its really close.

Location is perfect, we had a room with castle view.

Room was really clean and spacious.

I definitly use by the bridge apartments next time i visit Inverness!

We booked last minute for a short break to Inverness and opted for this apartment 307bythebridge from Booking.com. We paid around £90 per might and were very happy that the pictures on the website were a true reflection of the reality. Very secure parking and lift access with clear instructions from our contact on key pick up and drop off. Not as cheap as some hotels but much more space and much quieter. 307 is at the side, but still has a view of the river and as it is off the main streets it is very peaceful. We would opt to stay here again rather than a hotel as we have done in the past when visiting Inverness.
