Revisited this restaurant for the 1st time in nearly two years since I last worked in this area. Fantastic food yet again... This is by far the best Indian Restaurant in Inverness. Can fully recommend.

We love asian food allrhogether, indian, tnai, indonesian but this was nothing like it. Not even close to be honest. Soon as we sat down, not even got my bum in the seat we got the menu's. Within one nute a guy comes asking if we are ready to order, uuuuhm have not been able to open menu yet... We felt very rushed when he came to ask again after two minutes and than after another two minutes. A night out for diner means sitting down, talk, have a drink, relax. So we ordered to be rid of that. Food came very fast, lukewarm, not spicy (which we asked for) and the curry was all coconutflavour and nothing else. A hint of coconut is emploed with indian food and certain curries but this was the only taste in there. Every time i put down my fork to talk or wait for a bit they came to ask if we were done. We gave in, said yes, paid and left. Pounds lighter for a bad experince and not even good food.

We came to Inverness for an overnight stay and some Nessie hunting. Didn't find Nessie but had a great meal and excellent service.

We arrived just at the time of closing, 2pm for the afternoon break, but the owner was nice and told us we could still eat. The vegetable samosa were good. We chose mild dishes as main course and they were ok but a bit to sweet. Maybe we should have tried more spicy ones.
