This B&B is situated in a very convenient location in Inverness (trust me because I get lost very easily, and I could find this place with no difficulty), with somewhat free (between 6pm and 8am) and plenty of parking across the street from the B&B. It's two blocks from the water, and one can easily walk everywhere in Inverness. The owner is very helpful and friendly. He gave me a lot of information around the area, good places to eat, and also gave me coupons for a restaurant (for a free dessert or drink). Parking pass may be provided if it's needed (e.g. parking between 8am and 6pm).
I had a single room with shared bath, which was of good value considering that everything was booked in Inverness that day, and whatever available was almost triple the price. The B&B is very clean. The room was quite small, though for a single traveler it was enough for one night of sleep. I did not sleep well enough because I'm a light sleeper, and there was a couple with a baby next door. I could hear them late in the evening when they got back as the baby was making a fuss. However, I would say it's more of the parents not taking care to be quiet and not the B&B's problem.
Breakfast was European continental style with muffin, cold meat, cheese, egg, pancake, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit bowl, and of course, tea or coffee. It was plenty enough, and I'm sure you could ask for refills if you wanted more.
There is also free WiFi in the B&B, and the owner will provide you with the pass code if you need the WiFi (you may need to ask for it).
This is a good B&B conveniently located in Inverness, with great value and very friendly service. Highly recommended!
